Cal Farriol is a rural guesthouse located on a central street in the small town of Sant Joan de Mediona, which is situated in the mountainous, wine-tourism region of the Alt Penedès. It’s just about 74 km from Barcelona, 40 km from Montserrat, and 45 km from the beaches of Sitges.<br>The house is spacious and fully equipped. It features a basement area with a foosball table, a Dutch billiards table, and a children’s play area. Going up the stairs from the entry hall, you’ll find a practical, open-concept space consisting of the kitchen-dining area and a living room with a fireplace. From here, you can access the outdoor patio with a barbecue and patio furniture to enjoy the fresh air. In the patio, there is a small annex building containing a bathroom with a shower and another room with a washing machine and all the necessary supplies.<br><br>On the upper floor, you’ll find three bedrooms with double beds; in two of the more spacious bedrooms, it’s possible to add a children’s bed, a cot, or a double rollaway bed. The smallest bedroom has a curtain serving as a door. <br><br>On the same floor as the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower where you can relax and enjoy your free time.<br><br>In the summer, our guests receive free access to the municipal community pool located in the local sports complex, about a 3-minute walk from the property. It’s a spacious and pleasant area where you’ll also find a padel court and a tennis court.<br><br>Everything is ready for you to enjoy a pleasant stay with all the comforts you need.
