Located in the main square of Vergiate, Casa Pasquee is an accommodation facility composed of three recently renovated units. Unit 2 is a two-level, 75 sqm three-room apartment with an entrance on G. Matteotti Square. Next to it, there are apartments 8 and 10, one on the first floor and the other on the ground floor. Both are spacious 60 sqm two-room apartments on a single level with an entrance in a typical Lombard courtyard.

Casa Pasquee 10 is situated on the ground floor with access from a typical Lombard courtyard. The side facing the square has a private patio with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. It is furnished in a modern style and offers top-notch solutions that will make your stay comfortable, including high-speed internet connection (fiber optic) with WiFi throughout the property, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, an espresso coffee machine, a living room with a large sofa, a 40" FHD monitor with a PC at your disposal, an Amazon FireTV system connected to the monitor for YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video/Music, a bathroom with a convenient shower cubicle, a washing machine with detergent, ironing accessories, a vacuum cleaner, and air conditioning.

We are immersed in the greenery of the Ticino Park, only 14 km from Malpensa Airport, in a strategic position for visiting the lakes. Lake Maggiore is only 5 km away, while Lake Comabbio, with its beautiful pedestrian and cycling path that runs along its entire perimeter and connects it to Lake Varese, is 1.5 km away. If you are fond of cycling, we can be an excellent starting point for road or off-road excursions, and we will be happy to recommend itineraries suitable for all types of athletic preparation.

Whether your stay is for work or vacation, we are within walking distance of major transportation services. Just 20 meters away, there is a bus service to Varese, Milan, and Lake Maggiore, and we are 500 meters from the train station on the Milan Porta Garibaldi - Domodossola line, allowing you to reach Fiera Milano in 50 minutes. We have restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy in the surrounding area.



For each guest, proof of identity and eligibility to stay in accordance with applicable laws is required, as well as the payment of the tourist tax. The customer is required to communicate their arrival time (at least 24 hours in advance for better reception).
