This stay was absolutely incredible. The estate was even more stunning in person—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was serene and luxurious. The outdoor movie setup under the desert stars was a magical experience we’ll never forget. The amenities were top-notch, the home was spotless, and the host was responsive and welcoming. This place truly exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Can’t wait to return!

Little Tuscany oasis in Palm Springs

We had a fantastic two-night stay at your amazing Little Tuscany oasis in Palm Springs. The home was stylish and well equipped with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The views were unparalleled and provided just the amount of seclusion from the city that we needed, yet it was very easy to drive downtown to shop and have dinner. Lounging by the pool each evening was the highlight of our trip. We will be back! Thank you!

Absolute Perfection!

Everything about our stay was perfection. The gracious helpfulness of our host, ease of check in, accommodations, cleanliness, those small attentions to detail and the beauty that is Hamrick House. The panoramic views are to die for and make the desert heat feel almost magical. If we wanted a personal chef? Our host had excellent recommendations. Same for masseurs and yoga teachers, though we didn't request those. Our rooms and bedding were gorgeous and so comfortable! The kitchen? Fantastic! I have been to PS many times over the years, but something about Hamrick House made it the best experience so far. Quiet, relaxing, deeply peaceful-- it was exactly what me and my family needed. Thank you Hamrick House! We will be back.

The house is amazing. I stayed for about two months. The photos do not do the views justice. It’s a great place to relax and rejuvenate. And Mark makes the place much more special. Just a great host and a genuinely nice guy. I will be back.

The perfect spot

This is the perfect home for a quiet retreat close to food, hiking and shopping. It has great indoor spaces and amenities, but the outdoor area are AMAZING! The owner made it easy from start to finish. We can’t wait to return post Covid and explore more of Palm Springs.

Spectacular Palm Springs Estate.

Celebrated a 70’th Birthday in Palm Springs with 4 couples here. This was a 5+ star experience. The house is great. From all bedrooms with en-suite, views, pool. Kitchen is fully stocked and a great gathering place. Mark was just amazing. Great communication and so helpful! We will defiantly be back.

Quiet Seclusion in Palm Springs

Beautiful property in a quiet secluded area. The owner, Mark, was more than generous in allowing my wife and I to check in early and check out late. He even went so far to set up massages for us onsite at the house and over up his private chef for our stay. We will be back.

The Perfect Palm Springs Getaway Home

The Hamrick House is absolutely georgeous! From the moment we pulled into the private gates of the estate, we were astounded by the open air and scenic views from this home. Every bedroom was well accommodated with all of the luxuries of a five star hotel. Palm Springs and cocktails go hand in hand and the open bar seating off the kitchen overlooking the pool was the perfect place to pass drinks to my guests. Every detail of this house has was fully thought out and truly makes your vacation less stressful and more relaxing. The Hamrick House is located in a quiet neighborhood that enables you to just take in the beauty of Palm Springs and its mountain backdrop. If you are considering traveling to Palm Springs, you must contact Mark at the Hamrick House. He will go out of his way to make sure your vacation needs are met. One truly memorable experience.

Heaven on earth! Palm Springs Best Luxury Rental Home~!

Truly a special retreat. The city and mountain views are incredible. The entire property is even more beautiful in person. We are avid golfers, but spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the house. The owner's attention to detail is remarkable. Palm Springs Perfection

The views were amazing, the beds super comfortable, loved the sheets and Frette towels. Our first visit during Modernism. We absolutely fell in love with this very special home. It is immaculately kept. Very close to beautiful hiking trails, great restaurants, and downtown. We biked, played ping pong, enjoyed reading (huge collection of books). Great Viking BBQ and super easy bluetooth wifi surround sound system. The outdoor movie experience was the best part! The house guide is through, informative, and useful. LOVED this home. Breathtaking views and movies under the stars.. .we will return!

My family and I spent this past Thanksgiving at Hamrick House and had a wonderful experience. It was everything we hoped for and more. The location is awesome, right next to Downtown Palm Springs, in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is quiet and peaceful and the view from the home is fantastic. We saw some incredible sunsets and one morning even got up early enough to watch the sunrise which was breathtaking. The home is very well laid out as it is one level with two family rooms, plenty of bedrooms each with an en suite bath, a nice dining room that seats 10 people, and a fully stocked kitchen with a large island that is great for cooking (we were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal with everything on hand). The house has a seamless indoor/outdoor feel with huge windows overlooking the view and the rear terrace. We enjoyed spending lots of time lounging by the salt water pool and soaking in the spa. One of our favorite experiences was watching a movie outside. The weather was perfect, we even saw a shooting star while we were watching the movie...sounds cheesy but it’s true! The décor was stylish and tasteful. I loved that we were in a house that was a true Palm Springs gem. Mark, the owner, was also very professional and accommodating. He recommended many great restaurants which were all incredible. We didn’t take him up on this, but he offered to arrange a private yoga instructor to come to the house, schedule massage therapists and also his private chef. We loved our time at Hamrick House and can’t wait to come back again very soon.

Mark, you have restored our faith in having an awesome experience from a stranger. Our stay at Hamrick House is one of the top 3 in our travels. (2 were owned by Kings and we don’t mean Elvis!) The minute we walked through the door and were welcomed by Alex we felt at home. Your attention to detail is superb, the house décor perfect, and as an added bonus comfortable. Thank you for all that went into making this a 5 star experience. We would love to return for longer than 5 weeks.

Mark Anthony has a B.A. from Pepperdine University and an M.A. from Emerson College. His husband works in the medical device industry and has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Hamrick House, is named after the Pacific Northwest family that commissioned architects Albert Frey and John Porter Clark to design one of their first residential commissions.

The Palm Springs City Council has designated the property a Class I Historic Landmark. Hamrick House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service and the United States Department of Interior.
