Stunning villa for 6 guests with A/C, WIFI, TV and terrace

Modern, beautiful terraced house. In a quiet position residential area (villas), 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 600 m. Nearby attractions: Sitges 37 km, Barcelona 76 km, Tarragona 22 km, Port Aventura 33 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
