Bel appartement mais des choses à améliorer

L'ensemble de l'appartement est bien, bonne localisation, propre et echange avec l'agence de location sans problème ( ce n'est pas un particulier en direct) mais beaucoup de détails à revoir : - des volets dans une des chambres qui ne descends pas jusqu'au bout ce qui est gênant avec les lumières de la rue - beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. - une chambre sans fenêtre ce qui peut être dérangeant car il faut tout le temps allumer et il n'est pas possible d'aérer la chambre. - gros point négatif, le BRUIT il n'y a pas d'isolation avec l'extérieur donc réveil tous les matins par des ouvriers qui font des travaux à partir de 7h00 du matin ou des personnes qui parlent dehors jusqu'à 2h00 du matin. Nous entendions tous à causes des "fenêtres" en haut du mur de la salle a manger et qui allaient jusqu'à la chambre.
