On the ground floor, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, complete with a dining table and a flat screen satellite television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower room, and its own exit to the terrace. 2 further bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. An open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area and leads out to the terrace as well. A shower room with a separate WC and a double hand-basin completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, a bedroom featuring a dressing room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with a double hand-basin and access to the balcony.
