If you are looking for night life the Nevada state line is 5 miles away. The property backs up to Tahoe National Forest where you can access the extensive trail systems and the Rim Trail.

It has always been a dream to have a property located in Lake Tahoe for our family. We were fortunate enough to purchase this beautifully remodeled house in Tahoe with such great access for snow skiing and all the trails within walking distance for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, biking and hiking. Our family is from Northern California.

Why they chose this property

The interior of the house is brand new and can't beat the location. Close to snow skiing, hiking, Tahoe National Forest, The Rim Trail, Lake Tahoe and the Casino's.

What makes this property unique

No visible neighbors on either side and backs to a season creek and forest views.
