You’ll love my apartment for its prime location in the historic centre—just a few steps from the lake, the train station, the ferry terminal, and the best shops, bars, and restaurants—but also because it’s nestled in complete tranquility. Newly renovated and furnished, it comes fully equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, etc.). It’s also very welcoming. It’s particularly suitable for couples, solo travellers, business travellers, and families (up to 2 children). Great value—be sure to book early.<br>In my apartment, you’ll feel right at home—it’s very welcoming, completely renovated, and equipped with every comfort. You can enjoy its quiet atmosphere even though it’s located in the historic centre.<br>Everything is very convenient—you won’t need a car except for sightseeing outside of Como.<br>It’s an entire apartment with a living area consisting of a living room and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and storage space for luggage or other items.<br>For any needs before or during your stay, please feel free to contact me—I’m here to help.<br>I speak Italian, French, and a little English.<br><br>HOUSE RULES<br>- Guests must present a valid ID at check-in (including children).<br>- No other persons are allowed besides those who have booked.<br>- To avoid long waits, it is advisable to let us know your arrival time in advance and notify us in case of delays, particularly when arriving by car.<br>- Check-in after 8:00 p.m. + 20.00 Euro to be paid in cash.<br>- The Municipality of Como has established a tourist tax applicable to overnight stays for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. The tax amounts to 2.00 Euro per person per night and is NOT included in the price.<br>Guests must pay the tax upon arrival in cash.<br>- You are required to respect the peace and quiet of the property to maintain good neighborly relations.<br>- No smoking.<br>- Pets are not allowed.<br>- No parties or events. <br>- COVID-19: Guests will find a clean and sanitised environment using special products.
