Cozy and personally furnished cottage located about 200 meters from the cozy port of Hou. The cottage is located on a lovely natural plot in a quiet cottage area and contains a good kitchen with large fridge / freezer, bathroom, three good double bedrooms and a good large living room with dining area and access to the terrace. Furthermore, there is a sunken terrace on the south side of the house, where you can sit in good shelter and enjoy the sun. There are solar cells on the roof, which contributes to a low energy consumption on the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
