Beautiful Property and Great Location

Lety and Erika were both amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the air conditioner on the top floor stopped working and we ran out water on the last day. we only had 5 people so that would probably be an issue if there were more people. The house only truly sleeps 6 guests in my opinion unless one person is willing to sleep on the couch. Everything else was great! My only advice is be sure to secure a taxi driver that is willing to be on call since the house is a little ways from the beaches and ruins.

Best place in Tulum!

We truly enjoyed our visit to Tulum and our stay in Aldea Zama. The property is a gated community with security guards and a 24 he on site manager. We never lacked for anything! The actual property was bigger than we expected! A beautiful 3 story townhouse. It comfortably fits 5 adults but more people could stay because there is a sofa bed as well. We loved the location! Jungle beach vibes for sure. I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone, yes including families!

They can already sleep confortably 7 perons. i already have 2 king beds, 2 sigle bed and a sofa bed. you are wellcome whebever you wantand you can come with 7 persons. Thanks you for such a nice review.

Tulum Townhome In the Heart of it All

This place was exactly what we needed! A spot near downtown and a short ride to the Hotel Zone. The place had enough space to sleep 4 comfortably (probably could have slept 6 without an issue). The property owner (Lety) and manager (Janet) were very quick to respond to our comments and questions. They even provided some recommendations for us in the area (where to get groceries, get bikes, eat, etc.) One thing I would be careful of is using too much water early in the day! We accidentally did this and had to ration the rest of the day until we were filled back up lol

Fantastic property in great location

We had a great time in Tulum in Lleti's place. The property was perfect for us and both Mathew and Lleticia ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed for us to have a wonderful holiday. The house was in a great location between beach road and town for easy access to both. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tulum.

Luxurious, stunning and spacious property!

I'd like to start off by mentioning that this property took my breath away. It was very clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The unit looks just as it shows in the photos. The air conditioning was very cool, which felt great since it was so humid outside. The property provided us with clean towels, bedding and plenty of dishware in the kitchen. There were bikes available for us to ride as well, which was so much fun! The owner was very responsive and the on-site personnel was very welcoming. The Aldea Zamas neighborhood is a 10 min bike into Tulum Pueblo and a 10 min bike ride to the Hotel Zone (beach). There were only two things as to why I did not give this unit 5 stars. There was a storm a few days before we arrived and it knocked the WiFi connection out. We did not have WiFi during the duration of my 3-day stay. It would have been nice to get a connection, but it did not happen. Secondly, I wish the on-site personnel would have given me the bike keys upon check-in. I was given the keys the next morning and would have preferred not to have to contact them to get the bike keys. Otherwise, I recommend and would stay here in the future.

Hello jJessica It was nice that you had a great time. Sorry about internet.Before you arive there were a Big storm Since the internet problem could not be fixed by telephone it was necessary to make a report so that a technician come to the villa and see what was the damage that the rain caused in the equipment and repair it. The report was made on 16 saturday under the number 52989182. I was calling daily in order to get the problem was resolved. Like can you understand this does not depend on me but on the company that provides the internet service. I felt angry with the company. In Tulum sometimes this kind of thing happens. It Is amaizing!! Sorry
