The bright walls and floors create a warm and welcoming ambiance, while the functional kitchen with underfloor heating is open to the living room, allowing family and friends to gather naturally for cooking, games, and cozy holiday moments. The wood-burning stove in the living room adds extra warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings throughout the year. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace with elegant ceramic tiles, surrounding much of the house and creating the perfect setting for relaxing days in the sun and peaceful evenings in beautiful natural surroundings. One of the highlights of the holiday home is the outdoor hot tub ( 6 people ), where you can lean back in the warm water after a day at the beach or exploring the forest. Enjoy a glass of wine under the stars while the silence settles in and nature’s little mysteries unfold around you. The holiday home offers 80 m² of living space and is complemented by a separate 8 m² utility house/annex equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra refrigerator, freezer, and practical storage space – ideal for both short and longer stays. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, while the bathroom is bright, modern, and inviting. For guests with an electric car or plug-in hybrid, the holiday home is equipped with two modern Huawei Smart Charger 22 kW EV chargers. Charging is easy using your own Type 2 cable. The large natural plot invites both relaxation and outdoor activities, featuring a playhouse and plenty of space for ball games and fun for both children and adults. The holiday home is located in the middle of Houstrup Plantation – a scenic area known for its peaceful surroundings, rich wildlife, and wonderful nature experiences. From here, you are close to Blåbjerg Plantation with excellent hiking and cycling routes, as well as the wide and popular Houstrup Beach by the North Sea. Final cleaning is included free of charge, allowing you to enjoy your holiday from the very first to the very last day.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
