In the exclusive 27 holes golf resort that holds Italian Open, this setting is second to none. The place is 5 minutes drive from lively town centre Pula with restaurants & shops. Within the same distance there is Nora, an ancient Roman and pre-Roman town famous for its archaeological site, a fascinating marine lagoon, long sandy beaches and restaurants.
In 15 minutes you can also reach some of the most famous and spectacular beaches in Sardinia (Chia, Tuerredda).

We are a young family of 4.When my husband and I arrived in this place, about 10 years ago, we had no intention to do what we did: buy a little peace of paradise. The view that we admired took us to heaven.
Despite the many beautiful places Italy boasts, there’s something about Sardinia that simply bewitches you, and there is nothing you can do to resist the beauty of the coastline with turquoise waters and sandy dunes or the green mountains that tower the island. People here are simple and helpful. The food is genuine and tasty, the air is scented with all sort of Mediterranean plants, myrtle in particular. If you love any or all of the above do not miss out!

We check many real estate offers, villas included. when we entered in this penthouse we realized instantly that was the place we dreamt about. The place is recommended for those who search peace and tranquillity in a very exclusive environment. You could spend half of your holiday just admiring the astonishing view and listening to the birds. In-site the resort you have 27 golf holes, an Hotel with restaurants,bar, swimming pool. Popular beaches as well as restaurants and shopping centre are within 5 min. drive. If you love nature then the Gran Park Sulcis is within walking distance (less than 1 km) with an amazing Mediterranean forest and wild animals to spot. The park is ideal for cycling, horse riding as well as trekking and walking. Within 30 min drive there is Cagliari, Sardinian main province and one of Italy most antique city bursting with day/night life. Trattoria, pizzeria, spectacular fish market, gourmet restaurants, discos, coffee shops, castle, cathedral and theatre are just a few of the places to visit.
