Primary guest must be 25+ with valid ID matching the reservation name
A signed rental agreement is required before check-in
Dog friendly property: Maximum of two dogs – 50 lbs or less
Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian)
Applicable fees: $100 per pet (=7 days), $200 per pet (8–29 days), $300 per pet (30+ days). Pet-cleaning fee also applies ($50–$100 based on stay length)
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay.
