The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, new pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, a luggage rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a luxurious jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower with giant rain drop shower head, double vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. The large, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, new top of the line coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel stove, matching stainless microwave and a full size stainless dishwasher. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. This condo is privately owned and rentals are strictly available through private rental agreement with the owner, NOT through the resort management company, Island Vista Holding Company LLC. The resort management company offers a bell-service, room service and snow-bird activities that are not available to private rental guests. ALL resort amenities (pools, gardens, gym, parking garage, restaurant etc) are ALL available for private guests without restriction. The host provides a private luggage cart in the condo for guests to use, pool towels etc to provide replacement convenience for private guests unable to use the management company items.
