The condo is equipped with FREE WIFI INTERNET service, Roku and cable TV. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, new pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, a luggage rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a luxurious jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower with giant rain drop shower head, double vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. There is a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels. The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with new mattresses, fine luxury bamboo linens, built in closet, chest of drawers, luggage rack, new 42" LED HDTV. The third bathroom is also fully tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, built-in hairdryer, luxury extra thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer for laundry convenience.

The large, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, new top of the line coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel stove, matching stainless microwave and a full size stainless dishwasher. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. The main living/dining area is extremely spacious and luxuriously furnished with a queen sleeper/sofa with a new memory foam and gel foam super comfy mattress, 2 rocker/swivel armchairs, a coffee table and TV consul with new 52' flat screen LED HDTV and internet capable blu-ray player, and an eight- ten seater dining table and chairs. The living room opens to a very large balcony enjoying unadulterated and uninterrupted oceanfront and views and is equipped with a dining table and chairs for outdoor eating, rocking wicker relaxer chairs with coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy, and low enough to be close to the parking garage levels. This condo is privately owned and rentals are strictly available through private rental agreement with the owner, NOT through the resort management company, Island Vista Holding Company LLC. The resort management company offers a bell-service, room service and snow-bird activities that are not available to private rental guests. ALL resort amenities (pools, gardens, gym, parking garage, restaurant etc) are ALL available for private guests without restriction. The host provides a private luggage cart in the condo for guests to use, pool towels etc to provide replacement convenience for private guests unable to use the management company items. Please contact the host for details of all amenities, date restrictions and with any questions. A damage deposit of $250 will be applied as a credit card pre-authorization for this property, and will be frozen at booking and released 24 hours after check out. A secure encrypted form will be emailed to the guest separately outside the Airbnb platform for this.
