This beautifully renovated house, with private large pool and 7 people Spa (seasonal-except for summer) is located one block away or 2 min walk from beach, convention center, supermarket, restaurants and high end hotels on the island. If you choose to you don't need a car during your stay as everything your will need you can access with short walk. The house has 3 nicely decorated bedroom and 2 full baths and outdoor shower to rinse after beach, it can accommodate up to 12 people. You can also enjoy private large pool, outdoor patio and grilled meals. You will find this place very relaxing and convenient, the close proximity to supermarket (Kroger) makes getting ready for the vacation less stressful, so you can start enjoying your time off sooner. The beds are as follows, King (sleeps 2-3), Queen (sleeps 2), 2 Twin with Trundle (sleeps 4), bunk bed( sleeps 2), Queen Sleeper sofa (2), Full Sleeper sofa (1-2).

All furniture and house items must be returned to their original place.
Please pick up pool toys and place them where you found them. ALWAYS ensure the spa is covered.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum age requirement for renters is 30+ No Glass items around pool are permitted. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
No Pets allowed including Service and Emotional Support animals. If animal(s) are found a hypoallergenic fee of $600.00 will be charged to your card.
Guests are not allowed to bring visitors.

Great Family Spot

We had two families of four on this trip, and the house set up worked well for us. The home is just a block from the beach and the owner keeps a wagon full of beach toys making it easy to walk the water. There is also a grocery store that’s walkable, which we appreciated, What we loved was how private the property felt when we were outside swimming in the pool and enjoying the yard. We would definitely stay again!

Much needed down time

The pool and hot tub was super clean. Neighborhood quiet. And I noticed a police officer patrolling the area. Which is a good thing. Overall we got to relax in a beautiful peaceful home.

The Absolute Best!

We stay in host houses about 5 times a year and this one was by far the best! The hosts have thought about everything! The home, decor, and landscaping are gorgeous. We can’t think of a single negative thing to say about our experience. If you’re on the fence about it, go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent Location Close to top attractions.

We couldn't have asked for a better location! Everything was a quick walk or a very short drive. There was a great assortment of beach/sand toys that our kids loved. We sat on the beach one day in our winter coats and made sand castles. Our boys did their own version of a polar plunge in the pool then they would warm up in the spa. Super comfortable beds. We had a few issues come up during our stay and the property managers were excellent about getting them resolved in a timely manner. Definitely recommend to others!

Awesome Place!

I feel like it was a GREAT place. Very quiet neighborhood, super clean and comfortable house. We were attending an event at the convention center that was within walking distance which was awesome! Would definitely book this house again in the future!

Great location and Property

Great property for a a family get away. Close to the beach and grocery store. The pool and hot tub was a plus. The kids love it! All the outdoor spaces are great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Galveston.

Great location and great layout for a house. We enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and starbucks! The pool and hottub were perfect. Very comfortable home. Great for Guys Trips, Girls Trips, or just family fun.
