Amazing beach villa just 5-10 minutes outside of the main town area of Villasimius. It is in a lovely quiet pocket, just a short walk to a really quiet and lovely beach (Cala Caterina). Even though you are out of town there is an excellent (though pricey) mini mart with amazing wines as well as the best seafood in town just 2 minutes down the road at the marina. You are also right in the heart of an area with amazing beaches (like Port Giunco) and great walks (Capo Carbonara). The house itself is nice, spacious and well equipped but outdoor area is amazing and the real highlight. A great place for us as a small family and could easily accomodate a larger one. Barbara and the booking agency were both excellent with check in, questions and general comms. Would highly recommend as a more luxurious and quiet base vs staying in town to explore Sardinia’s south east beaches. A week flew by and we wished we had longer.

Zuerst möchten wir an diese Stelle Barbara nochmals für alles DANKE sagen. Super nett und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit. Keine Frage bleibt unbeantwortet.Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum und hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Da fehlt es an nichts.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, selbst Spülmittel war vorhanden. Alle Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Decken und Kissen in den Schlafzimmern sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch Sonnenschirm und Standmuschel für den Badespaß am nahen Strand sind vorhanden. Davon gibt es übrigens jede Menge in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einer schöner als der andere. Die Terrasse ist üppig ausgestattet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zum erkunden der Gegend ist erforderlich. Der vorhandene Internetzugang funktioniert sehr gut und ist auch zum streamen geeignet.Wir kommen gerne wieder ..... Ciao

Songs Haus, nah am kleinen Hausstrand

Insgesamt alles sehr schön. Geräumiges Haus, gut ausgestattet und Barbara wusste auch trotz der Sprachbarriere gut zu helfen per translater. Der kleine Strand hat viel grad am Strand liegen, dafür ist das Wasser zum schnorcheln top.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus bietet mit seinen vielen Räumen und insbesondere den überdachten Aussenflächen einen idealen Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist wunderbar, ein Auto aber erforderlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Barbara ist außergewöhnlich; sie antwortetet immer sehr schnell und hilft sofort.

Sardinien? Immer wieder gerne!

Sardinien ist wie immer schön - dazu braucht man nicht viel sagen. Das Haus war es auch. Viel Platz - sehr ungewohnt im Vergleich zu sonst. Barbara als unsere Ansprechpartnerin war, obwohl Sie kein Englisch oder Deutsch sprach, auch sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit zu erreichen und half uns immer und sofort. Das musste sie leider auch, denn einiges hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Aber kein Problem - wir konnten uns mit Barbara helfen. Ideal wäre es, wenn ein Set Weingläser vorhanden und die Messer schärfer wären... Ansonsten war das Haus super. Lage hervorragend, Klimaanlagen liefen gut und der Rest auch. Sehr schön war es, wenn die Sonne einen direkt mit einem Lichtstrahl ins Gesicht geweckt hatte. Vielen Dank für das Haus! Wie gesagt: einmal die Ausstattung durchschauen und nachbestücken - ansonsten top!

Stupenda

La casa si trova posizionata benissimo, vicinissima alla splendida spiaggia di Santa Caterina di Villasimius. La casa si presentava al Check-in pulitissima e la sign.ra Barbara è stata sin dal primo secondo gentilissima e super disponibile. Casa da consigliare e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Entspannung

Zu dieser Zeit war es eher noch ruhig, was aber angenehm war. Vorallem die leeren Strände 🥰. Uns hatxes top gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Lovely, nicely located place

Extremely nice place, well situated near several beautiful small, hardly crowded beaches and still in reach of Villasimius with grocery, shopping and restaurants. To make the apartment absolutely perfect, we would recommend to upgrade with a dishwasher and an additional AC in the third bedroom. We loved it anyways and think about coming back. Thanks again!

Convenient location, well laid out, good value.

The decor is quite lovely. The arrangement was very suitable for us. The location was convenient and quiet. No view but short walk to Cata Caterina beach. A/C worked well, wifi worked well. Had everything we needed. Very flexible and easy going with check out time.

Super Haus an guter Lage, sehr Kinderfreundlich

Gepflegtes Haus an sehr guter Lage, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Agentur ist bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Fürs Baby wurde ein Hochstuhl und ein Hauck Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt. Kommunikation mit der Agentur super. Würde dieses Haus über diese Agentur jederzeit wieder buchen.
