The cozy cottage is located only 100 mt far from the acclaimed beach  named “Cala Caterina”. 

This is a split level house that includes on the lower floor a cool basement equipped with a living room with kitchenette, 1  double bedroom, a bathroom and a small laundry room. 

The intermediate floor is fitted with a TV room and a comfortable single sofa bed that can  accommodate the sixth guest. The first floor features the second bathroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom both with a small private balcony. The property provides guests with a covered parking space and a beautiful veranda furnished with sofas and a large barbecue ideal place to relax and chill.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Cost of supplying bed linen - bath towels: € 20.00 per person (only if requested and booked in advance)

-Check in after 21.00 available at a cost of 50€ (available on request)

-Tourist Tax is compulsory in cash at the check in 1,00€ for night for person from 01/05 to 30/09 0,50€ for night for person from other season A maximum of one small dog will be allowed per booking. 50€

Songs Haus, nah am kleinen Hausstrand

Insgesamt alles sehr schön. Geräumiges Haus, gut ausgestattet und Barbara wusste auch trotz der Sprachbarriere gut zu helfen per translater. Der kleine Strand hat viel grad am Strand liegen, dafür ist das Wasser zum schnorcheln top.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus bietet mit seinen vielen Räumen und insbesondere den überdachten Aussenflächen einen idealen Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist wunderbar, ein Auto aber erforderlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Barbara ist außergewöhnlich; sie antwortetet immer sehr schnell und hilft sofort.

Sardinien? Immer wieder gerne!

Sardinien ist wie immer schön - dazu braucht man nicht viel sagen. Das Haus war es auch. Viel Platz - sehr ungewohnt im Vergleich zu sonst. Barbara als unsere Ansprechpartnerin war, obwohl Sie kein Englisch oder Deutsch sprach, auch sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit zu erreichen und half uns immer und sofort. Das musste sie leider auch, denn einiges hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Aber kein Problem - wir konnten uns mit Barbara helfen. Ideal wäre es, wenn ein Set Weingläser vorhanden und die Messer schärfer wären... Ansonsten war das Haus super. Lage hervorragend, Klimaanlagen liefen gut und der Rest auch. Sehr schön war es, wenn die Sonne einen direkt mit einem Lichtstrahl ins Gesicht geweckt hatte. Vielen Dank für das Haus! Wie gesagt: einmal die Ausstattung durchschauen und nachbestücken - ansonsten top!

La casa si trova posizionata benissimo, vicinissima alla splendida spiaggia di Santa Caterina di Villasimius. La casa si presentava al Check-in pulitissima e la sign.ra Barbara è stata sin dal primo secondo gentilissima e super disponibile. Casa da consigliare e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Lovely, nicely located place

Extremely nice place, well situated near several beautiful small, hardly crowded beaches and still in reach of Villasimius with grocery, shopping and restaurants. To make the apartment absolutely perfect, we would recommend to upgrade with a dishwasher and an additional AC in the third bedroom. We loved it anyways and think about coming back. Thanks again!

The decor is quite lovely. The arrangement was very suitable for us. The location was convenient and quiet. No view but short walk to Cata Caterina beach. A/C worked well, wifi worked well. Had everything we needed. Very flexible and easy going with check out time.

Super Haus an guter Lage, sehr Kinderfreundlich

Gepflegtes Haus an sehr guter Lage, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Agentur ist bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Fürs Baby wurde ein Hochstuhl und ein Hauck Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt. Kommunikation mit der Agentur super. Würde dieses Haus über diese Agentur jederzeit wieder buchen.
