It’s strategically located just a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of Torre Pozzelle and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve. All the towns in the stunning Itria Valley and the Salento region are easily accessible. It’s also an excellent choice for hiking and biking enthusiasts, as the area is full of bike trails.
Outside, the villa features a large olive grove where you can relax in a hammock or on a patio adjacent to the house, equipped with lounge chairs and an outdoor bathroom. Outside, there is also a pergola and a veranda with tables and chairs, an oven, and a barbecue for wonderful outdoor dinners. Inside, past a small entryway with a sofa bed, you’ll find a charming kitchen with a fireplace built into the Lamia (an old rural dwelling), two lovely double bedrooms, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
