A modern historic gem in a 10 unit building in Eastport or as the locals call it the Maritime Republic of Eastport or "MRE". The 1880s building has been fully renovated to capture the old world charm with the exposed factory brick but updated with hard word floors, plantation shutters, granite countered open kitchen concept, living and dining area, double vanity granite master bath, and a private garden area with dining and grill.
This is our home with very few rentals as we want others to treat it like it is their own. This means it is very clean and well equipped with modern conveniences such as central air-conditioning, cable and WiFi. Unrestricted street parking and convenient self entry / door code access . We do not allow pets due to allergies of our own and those who are interested in staying with us.

We love history and love sailing. Two great combinations in a place that has been updated with modern conveniences but has the historic charm. Our neighbors on Murphy's row are great along with all the locals who enjoy the quiet side of Eastport with historic Annapolis just steps away.
