We are always available when needed, while also respecting the privacy and independence of our guests. Our aim is simple: to make every stay in Skiathos feel effortless, personal and memorable.

We chose this location because it offers the best of both worlds. The villas are surrounded by peace and greenery, with beautiful views across the Aegean Sea, while Skiathos Town is only a short drive away. Guests can enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of their villa and still be close to the island's restaurants, shops, harbour and nightlife. The airport is also conveniently close, making arrival and departure particularly easy.
