Amazing sanctuary minutes from downtown and the blue ridge parkway!
We really enjoyed this suite and will absolutely stay here again on future visits to Asheville. The host is quick to answer any questions you have and they have created a great space to relax between adventures in the Asheville area!

Cozy retreat
The luxury suite actually feels like a charming cottage tucked away in the woods. The view of the backyard was beautiful, so quiet, we awoke to birds each morning. The bathroom is wonderful, heated tile and spacious.
Can’t say enough about this place. One of the best VRBO’s that we have ever stayed at. Comfy bed, great master bedroom suite, Perfect Asheville location. Will stay here again when we return. Note!! Open concept with pocket doors for privacy

This property was lovely and included everything needed for a wonderful stay. The hosts were available and extremely accommodating. Highly recommended! Martha Young
Hands down the best rental we have ever stayed in.
Everything about Raymond’s place was perfect. Very comfortable and welcoming, it immediately felt like home. There were so many beautiful details laid out for us. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the property was serene, the neighborhood is gorgeous. I can’t say enough, and we WILL be coming back!
Beautiful guest suite that is very private yet very close to the city and everywhere we wanted to visit. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Snacks and a bottle of wine were a thoughtful and kind bonus. Everything was exactly as advertised and the host's communication was great throughout the reservation and check-in process.
Everything was perfect. Stunning bathroom, very comfy beds, sweet little kitchenette... beautiful gardens. The bottle of red was a lovely touch. We felt quite pampered being in your beautiful oasis.

Relaxing and beautiful
My husband and I wanted a nice place to get away for a few days and this was the perfect destination. Conveniently located near downtown Asheville, and a short drive to beautiful hikes. The suite was clean and quiet, and even though it is attached to the main house we had complete privacy. We loved sitting in the back room looking out the huge window at the yard and the mountains.
Highly recommend this beautiful rental tucked away in a quiet Asheville neighborhood. Perfect in every detail. Close to downtown, UNC-Asheville campus, River Arts District, and the Grove Park Inn.
The suite met our needs quite well. The place was very nicely furnished. You do have a small outdoor table to enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine. There was plenty of space for the two of us and it was close to downtown. The owner was responsive to our requests and questions.
The property is incredible. It included everything my mother and I needed to attend an event on UNCA's campus. Somehow, it is secluded and quiet while still being less than 5 minutes from every stop on our weekend. I absolutely recommend this for a getaway in Asheville!

Serenity away from home
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a serene feel to it. It was very clean, has beautiful furniture/bath, beautiful backyard view and convenient- close by to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore and other locations. Also, not far away from other towns like Waynesville and Hendersonville for apple picking. We had our 7 month old baby with us and even though we brought our pack and play, the owners did provide one in the closet. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely book here again

Peaceful and Well-Appointed
I'm so glad that I took a chance and rented our first vacation home ever instead of a hotel downtown. Our stay was wonderful. Everything we needed was in the suite and we had space to spread out, plus plenty of privacy. It was also extremely quiet at night, which I appreciate as a light sleeper, and the bed was very comfortable. Although downtown Asheville was a just a quick drive (or a long walk, though we didn't explore the greenway) we felt like we were staying at summer camp. I would absolutely recommend this suite for a couple or maybe a family with one or two small children. We hope to be back someday!
We absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived late from a long drive, and the host made sure the lights were on for us. The directions and pictures online made arriving in the dark a breeze! The property is like a little cottage nestled in a forest but close to all we wanted to do. We toured the UNC campus, and visited the Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. Everything we wanted to do was within about 20 minutes from this rental. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a nice added touch. Plenty of closet space for all your clothes. The extra bed space was a perfect size for teens and younger. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely place, a bit expensive
My wife and I were in town to visit family who live right around the corner. Location of this spot is great and it is very very nice inside. Fantastic bathroom. I booked without noticing the cleaning fee, taxes, etc. thinking I was getting a solid deal at $210 - $300 might be a bit much for this place, I'd hesitate to book again for that reason only (well, there wasn't a dishwasher either :). Otherwise, we'd definitely book again. Very quiet, all finishing to the space is very well done from furniture to baseboards. Outdoor area is great (though the chairs not comfortable) and feels private.

Exceeded expectations pictures don’t do it justice!
This was the most beautiful and perfect location for our weekend getaway in Asheville. The cottage was decorated nicely and the bathroom was so big! I felt like there was so much room! The bed was incredibly comfortable I didn’t want to wake up! The view into the backyard was a big surprise, like a secret garden of sorts. It was also very private with everything we needed a short distance away. Also getting around town was a breeze we were so close to everything. Ray and his wife were great hosts and thought of every little thing we needed. Their directions and welcome binder were so nicely put together we never needed to ask for anything. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage!
Very comfortable rooms, especially the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was huge! The views into the garden out the back were very relaxing. There is a large TV in the sitting room, however, there was no cable TV available. However, there was a full connection to internet TV such as Netflix, Disney and many others. The location was excellent as we could walk to several restaurants, bars and a CVS drugstore. We walked to downtown one night, but that was a round trip of about 3 miles. We left some articles behind at the end of our stay and the owners promptly mailed them to us. We definitely will consider staying here again the next time we come to western North Carolina.

Lovely!
This is a gem! Very spacious and perfect for a couple. I was attending a meeting at the Grove Park Inn which was less than a mile away. Due to hurricane Florence, we decided to leave my husband at home but I felt very safe by myself. This neighborhood seems to be a popular spot for college students but it’s quaint and quiet overall. Younger children would love bunking in the media room and a pocket door offers some separation. If this place had a stove and dishwasher it would be a great little apartment! The bed is super comfy and there is a nice big soaking tub. I never saw the owners but I knew they were just a text away. Kind and communicative by email!
