About the host
Hosted by Mike Downes
This is my main home but I am not always around to enjoy it so I wish to share the benefits of its fantastic location with visitors to Nottingham. I generally retain one bedroom and study/utility for my private use leaving the two river facing bedrooms for guests along with the lounge diner and kitchen areas. Don't worry, I will not be home when during your stay ! If you have a specific requirement for a third bedroom and access to a washing machine for a longer stay please let me know .
Why they chose this property
When I looked to downsize, this property had the wow factor in terms of its location and the fabulous balcony overlooking the Trent. If you come to stay Nottingham, you can get in and out of the city , visit the sporting venues and access a number of local bars and restaurants without a car. There is however space for 2 cars on my driveway.
