Townhouse Margarita is a charming little townhouse, tucked away in old Pollença with views over the rooftops of Puig de Maria.

From the elegant wooden pool deck to the sunny rooftop terrace, Townhouse Margarita is tastefully finished, romantic enough for a special occasion, and a far more imaginative option than the typical honeymoon hotel room of honey.

With a two-bedroom/two-bathroom layout, the house would also work well for two couples or perhaps an indulgent weeknight for the girls, with bars, boutiques and a staggering array of restaurants all within a gentle stroll.

The entire city of Pollença is easily accessible on foot; for the beaches, you can take one of the plentiful and cheap local taxis, or take the bus that takes you to Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia. However you choose to spend your days, Townhouse Margarita is an absolute gem.

Keep in mind that Pollença hosts a lively festival from 2nd to 6th August and the spectacular 'Davallament' parade takes place in the center of the town on Good Friday.

There will be an increase of €170.00 for reservations of 3 nights or less to cover cleaning.
Please note that there is a cost of electricity, this is €0.30/kw, a reading of the electricity meter will be done on Check-in day and another reading on Check-out day.

In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has scheduled air conditioning in all units.
