Great location!

This flat is generously sized for two people. The kitchen is stocked and has a washer and dryer, the bathroom has lots of storage and the apartment comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of the Guggenheim, restaurants and grocery. The building is safe, the internet good and overall a super experience.

Nice place with good location but the sofa bed when you open it the bed surface doesn’t stay completely even. My kids sleep there and it was annoying for them. The place is located in a pedestrian street full of bars and terraces. It’s really nice but between 9pm till 12. The place gets crowded. Lots of crowd noise. I can put up with crowd noise at night but definitely not for everyone. Next time I would try some where else.

¡Hola! We are happy to hear that you liked our house, we put a lot of love into every detail. We are sorry to hear that you may not have been able to rest properly. Indeed, our street is popularly known for its gastronomic offers and bars, but all the establishments comply with the regulations and close before midnight, fortunately. We hope to see you again! If you have any suggestions about the house, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Hello, thank you very much for your comment, and thank you for pointing out that the photos are 100% real. We are pleased to tell you that we have already checked the boiler with a technician so that our next guests do not have the feeling of cold water. After reading your comment, we have spoken to the neighbors and they have assured us that this will not happen again. Once again thank you for everything! Best regards
