Grocery store within 2 minutes from the unit. Cozy family room with fireplace. High speed internet & 3 HD TVs; family room, master bedroom, & bunk room. Private hot tub out back. We are available any time to answer your questions or provide anything you may need during your stay.

Great property, convenient location!

We had a great stay at the townhouse. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and even stocked the refrigerator with some essentials so we could kick off our first morning comfortably. The location is very convenient to shops restaurants and a short drive to ski resorts. I would stay here again!

Great location to the ski areas. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was also very nice and accommodating. He even stopped by to stay hello. Having a garage was also great. Will stay there again.

Best location! Townhome is 20 minutes away from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Lisa is a wonderful host. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great location

We had an excellent stay for skiing at Snowbird and Brighton. Home was well cared for and hot tub was perfect. Grocery store a block away and don't stay here without stopping at Alpha Coffee. Kevin was very attentive to all our needs and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home!!!

This property is just perfect for a family vacation to ski the resorts in the area. Great location to both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. The house has everything you need. Great communication with the owners. We would love to come back here in the future!

Great house for a ski trip

Our group’s annual ski trip, and we chose Kevin’s property for location and space. It easily accommodated out larger group, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Proximity to both Cottonwood canyons was great for us. A very comfortable home. We enjoyed the fireplace.

Great value for location

This is a very comfortable 4-bedroom home, perhaps 1/4 mile from groceries and 20 minutes from all the great skiing in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The layout is a little dated, but the home has been kept in excellent condition and we enjoyed it immensely. We'll be coming back!

Wonderful Stay

Great rental. Owners were wonderful. House was very well stocked. They even provided the small things like paper towels, laundry detergent etc. We appreciated the gift basket when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for our daughters wedding at the summit. The house was clean and welcoming. Perfect location and our host Lisa was wonderful in letting us know what we needed to know and providing coffee and treats as well as daily needs like shampoo and cleaning supplies. Beautiful scenery and beautiful home. Would definitely stay again.

Great house in a great location!

Five of us stayed at this house for eight nights while skiing at several of the surrounding resorts. The house had everything we needed, including an updated kitchen with great appliances, comfortable beds and bedding, a large comfortable living room, hot tub, access to the garage, and all the amenities we needed for our stay. With the perfect location for the Cottonwood Canyons resorts, grocery stores, ski rental shops and restaurants in the area, we had a truly enjoyable stay.

Welcome to Salt Lake City! We are Lisa & Jim Fluty. We are originally from Buffalo and Utica, NY, respectfully. We met in college and have been fortunate to have lived in New York, Florida, Colorado and Utah. We have two sons, Nick and Michael. Our boys were born in different states, raised in Utah, and schooled in New England,
BUT by far, the best place to live is Utah! Why?
The world-class outdoor activities are minutes from your front door; skiing, biking, hiking to name a few. The weather is fabulous. We truly get three months of each season. Naturally, people associate skiing with Utah but they are always surprised to learn that summers in SLC are HOT! We will have weeks of 90-100 degree weather and because of this you will find the best family friendly, outdoor pools & splash pads to cool off in. Not much of a pool person, that's ok! head up to the mountains where the temps will be cooler. Utah will surprise you with some wonderful, local family-owned restaurants and small, local breweries. Utah offers many things to do: watch a Utah Jazz game, cheer on the University of Utah Utes football team, walk around our surprisingly beautiful Hogle zoo or the Tracy Aviary, attend a production at one of the many performing art venues, stroll a museum, try ice skating, dive into an indoor pool and attend a group class at the local library or recreation center, watch a Mormon Tabernacle Choir performance, walk around City Creek Mall or Temple Square and in the winter enjoy the lights, enjoy Thanksgiving Point, the list is endless.
