Country house on a beautiful lot with a private pool in southwestern Andalusia

Ideal place for holidays with family or friends. It is located in a quiet place in the heart of nature with private swimming pool (12 out of 5), large garden with orange trees, olive trees, palm trees... shaded terrace. A pine forest adjoins the property.<br>It is located +-20 km from the beautiful beaches of Enebrales, 10 km from the city of Huelva and equidistant from the airports (90km) of Seville and Faro (Portugal).<br><br>The building has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toasters...), a dining room, a living room, 4 bedrooms with double bed and cupboard, a bathroom with toilet and shower, air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV, washing machine, ironing board, garage with a 2nd fridge-freezer.<br>All linen is provided; you will just need to bring your beach towels. <br>A baby cot is also available as well as 2 high chairs.<br>Outside, you have 2 garden furniture, a large table and chairs on the terrace, deckchairs, a gas barbecue.<br>There is also a toilet and a protected shower with hot water by the pool.<br>Pets are not welcome.<br>The house is non-smoking.<br>There is no shortage of places to visit: the beautiful beaches, the Doñana Natural Park, the Sierra de Aracena with its beautiful little villages and wonderful caves, the mines of the Río Tinto, the caravels of Christopher Columbus and the monastery of Rábida, the western village of El Rocio.

The house was big, very clean, and provided plenty of space both inside and out. The large area around the property, enormous pool and the quiet neighborhood made it a relaxing place to spend time, and the good road access made getting around the area stress-free.On the other hand, a few things made the stay less enjoyable. Communication with the host was difficult during an emergency, which was disappointing. The pool was not cleaned regularly and could not really be used at some point. In addition, daily agricultural activities on the property meant farmers were around most of the time, reducing privacy and bringing unpleasant smells from manure. This was not mentioned in the listing and came as an unwelcome surprise.Overall, the house itself and its setting were nice, but some key issues affected the experience.

Bonjour, merci pour votre commentaire mais je voudrais préciser certains points. Tout d'abord pour la communication en cas d'urgence, ceci s'est passé parce que vous êtes arrivés largement en retard et notre intermédiaire n'a pas pu vous attendre si longtemps. Apparemment il s'était débrouillé pour vous donner les clés et les instructions principales par vidéo. Pour ma part, je ne peux être à l'affût de mon téléphone 24h sur 24. J'ai réagi dès le lendemain lorsque j'ai vu les messages. En ce qui concerne la piscine, vous êtes les 3è locataires de cette année et les seuls à vous plaindre de la propreté. Or, le pisciniste passe une fois par semaine et de son côté, il m'a dit que vous vous étiez permis d'arrêter le fonctionnement d'épuration.... Enfin, il y a un jardinier qui travaille au potager et à qui vous pouviez demander tout ce que vous vouliez, mais il m'a dit qu'il n'y a eu aucune communication avec vous. Pour le fumier, je suis désolée pour l'odeur, je ne savais pas qu'il en faisait venir à ce moment; je lui en ferai part pour que ça n'arrive plus. Mais il ne faut pas oublier que la maison se situe en zone rurale et que les propriétés voisines offrent parfois aussi ce désagrément.

La Perlita

Après de tres bons échanges, nous avons été acceuillis par la propriétaire. Un excellent accueil et de bons conseils nous ont permis de passer un super séjour à "La Perlita". Merci a Beatrix et surement à une prochaine fois.

Séjour idyllique dans la province de Huelva

Très jolie maison de style espagnole parfaitement équipée, ideale pour vivre en intérieur (climatisée) mais surtout en extérieur avec une belle terrasse couverte. Une magnifique et grande piscine dans un jardin arboré permet de passer des journées au soleil ou à l'ombre en fonction de chacun. La maison est calme et à proximité de Aljaraque, Huelva, des pages et du Portugal. La communication avec la propriétaire est facile et transparente. A recommander sans hésiter !
