About the host

Hosted by CLAUDIA ADAMS

Host profile image
We are the Adams, Leland and Claudia. We were both born in North Carolina and after college moved away. Claudia's brother, BW (Buster Worley) purchased the mountain property and before finishing the mountain home, died of cancer. We purchased the site and finished the building late 2014. We love the property and the fine memories of my brother.

Why they chose this property

Every day brings a different and beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains of both NC to the North and SC to the South. Come rain, shine, sleet or snow, it is heaven on "Bow Mountain". Lots of good hiking choices. Close by: Reece Place Falls. It's only 3/4 mile from the cabin as the crow flies (2.5 miles by car down East Fork plus the mile hike). A really beautiful fall with low traffic.

What makes this property unique

We welcome you to share our mountain home where you can relax, hike, shop and enjoy the beautiful mountains of NC. Our kitchen is stocked with condiments, paper products, seasonings, coffee, filters and baggies, plastic wrap and foil. We hope you enjoy your stay.
