Located in the heart of station, this apartment is newly renovated in the respect of Charlotte Perriand original design;, celebrating usage of natural woods & unique space optimisation.

The building is situated 300 meters away from funicular access (A 10 mins lift from Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway station). You will have to climb a steps on the side of the building to reach the appartement who is on 1st floor. Outside stairs have been nicely designed on the side allowing to roll or slide heavy luggages.

it offers an enjoyable spacious living room, extended by its terrace overlooking the central square of the station, embracing also the whole valley, but distant enough to offer a perfectly quiet resting place.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Arc1600. Close to slopes and restaurants/shops. On to the slopes from your doorstep. Downside is that you need to carry your luggage to the 6th floor (18 steps each)

Location Location Location

The location was great. Access to ski lift was right outside the door. The restaurants in the complex were wonderful. Coming from the US, we did not expect to have to rent towels and sheets. This was not mentioned in the VRBO site however the hosts stated that they sent an email which I did not receive.

Wonderful little apartment in superb location

This apartment is right on the slopes. Super easy for ski in ski out access. A surprisingly spacious layout inside means you don’t feel on top of each other. Kitchen is compact but very well equipped and the nespresso machine was a great bonus. Communication with host was very good but check in details could have been better. We had to ask for these. Make sure you bring your own bedding. Oversight on our part but not included. The double bed wasn’t the best, high to get in and out of and because of the way it’s been made it made creaking noises when you moved. But overall we had a great stay at this apartment. Perfect for a family of 4. The extra toilet was very much appreciated. A really warm and cosy apartment. All amenities are on the door step. Car parking bays fairly close to unload and then lots of free parking close by. We stayed during February half term.

We had a wonderful stay in Les Arcs! The location is very convenient to the funicular and the slopes, and the property is comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup we had was somehow not getting the welcome email telling us how to access the property, but we were able to resolve that with the owner in an hour after getting their contact information through VRBO support.

We hebben superfijn geskied vanuit dit appartement. De ligging is echt perfect: Ski-kluizen waren naast de deur en de deur was naast de piste. Het was 5 minuten lopen vanaf de funiculaire.Het appartement is zeer praktisch ingericht en heeft een complete keuken en heerlijke douche. Er is veel ruimte om je bagage op te bergen. Waar je wel rekening mee moet houden is dat alle eenpersoonsbedden de slaapbank in dezelfde ruimte zijn. Ook het tweepersoonsbed is door een vrij dunne wand afgescheiden. Je moet dus met z'n allen naar bed en met z'n allen opstaan. Voor ons was dit geen probleem.Bij aankomst ontbrak er een tweepersoons-dekbed. Daar was iets mis gegaan. Omdat het zondag was was het wel lastig iemand te bereiken. Maandag is het tenslotte opgelost.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très lumineux, agréable à vivre, très bien situé car on chausse et on déchausse au pied de l'entrée de l'immeuble. Les commerces sont juste à côté de l'immeuble. La personne de la conciergerie a été très aimable et disponible. De plus, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 1 semaine de soleil.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé et bien agencé, accès direct en ski aux pistes. Très propre. Le balcon donne sur un espace à l'abri des skieurs. Pas de téléviseur mais une fois le code wifi obtenu très bonne connexion. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Idéalement situé et cosy ...

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de ski aux Arcs, dans l'appartement de Florence et Emmanuel et je le recommande vivement. Il est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du funiculaire, 2 minutes de la place du soleil, accès direct aux pistes (TS La cachette). La décoration est cosy, avec 3 lits dans l'entrée et un lit double dans une chambre cabine, petite cuisine fonctionnelle et très bel espace dans le salon séjour, avec une belle luminosité l'après-midi .. cela fait plaisir de rentrer après une journée à l'extérieur! Petit bémol : nous avons eu qq soucis d'eau chaude à l'heure où tout le monde prend sa douche le soir (créneau de 15-30 minutes à éviter), mais la personne qui s'occupe de la résidence a été d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité pour nous.
