This beautiful 3-bedroom duplex penthouse apartment with its 178 m2 is very spacious and modern furnished to a high throughout standard. New air conditioning everywhere.

Perfectly located just 650 meters from the well-known Trocadero beach with the well-known Restaurant Trocadero as well as two chiringuitos (beach restaurants) in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is within a short distance of some of the finest golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

The famous cities of Marbella and Puerto Banus are 5- and 10-minutes’ drive respectively. In El Rosario, Elviria and Marbella there are numerous restaurants, bars and several supermarkets, and the famous Nikki Beach Resort at the Don Carlos Hotel is just a 10-minute drive.

Fuengirola can be reached in just 20 minutes and Malaga Airport is only a 35-minute drive.

This penthouse duplex apartment has a spacious living / dining room with patio doors leading onto two terraces, one of which is equipped with a dining area for 6 people as well as a lounge and 1 sun lounger. The second and smaller terrace is equipped with a lounge set and overlooks the Mediterranean, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are on the top floor and all three bedrooms are equipped with double beds. One bedroom has bathroom en-suite and access to a large terrace with a large lounge and deck chairs as well as a beautiful mountain view. The other two bedrooms on the upper floor also have access to each bathroom, one of which is located on the upper floor and the other is located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to a terrace. The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge / freezer, cooker, cooker hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. Furthermore, there is washing machine and dryer.

In one of the most beautiful gardens of the Costa del Sol you will find both children's and adult pools, as well as sun loungers belonging to the apartment.
Finally, there is a lift and private underground parking for one car.

Enttäuschende Wohnung

Betreuung vor Ort bestand aus der Schlüsselübergabe durch die Putzkolonne. Die Wohnung ist sehr verwohnt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die sanitären Einrichtungen ließen zu wünschen übrig (Toilettendeckel defekt, Waschbecken floss nur sehr zögerlich ab). Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (10 Tage) nur eine Handtuchgarnitur. Die Terrassenmöbel waren alles andere als einladend.

Not the best for us

This apartment is very spacious and modern in an incredible location, we love the Birdie Club and this is our second time here, unfortunately we feel the patios were too small. the walk to the pool was quite awkward as it was out 2 security gates and onto the main road and back into the complex. The outside patio areas were not properly cleaned when we arrived and the bathrooms needed modernising.

Not enough hot water for showers and only 2 people staying in a apartment for Six people. maintenance people never came. Bedding not adequate enough, single bedding on king size beds reported twice.

Loved the place and also the contact with everybody at the Office.

It was just a beautifull apartment and the beds slept amazing Maybe some oil/vinegar, tea, salt/pepper those things are always questionnable to buy yes or no haha, because of you’ll always have to much of it after a lilttle week.
