We stayed at Nick's Casares's property for 10 days - family of 5 and we had a wonderful time. It is a very spacious condo with a sea and pool view. It was clean and very well stocked - you'll find all you need for your stay, including a washing machine. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen living room. The beach is just a few steps away, and any groceries can be done within the 4-minute drive. Thank you very much for a lovely stay, Nick and Julia!

We've lived just outside Ronda, Andalucia for 17 years where we have established a fincaretama holiday-let business whilst raising two boys. We decided to expand our portfolio with an additional beach house which we have had enormous fun and satisfaction preparing for guests. In fact we love being by the sea so much that we take every opportunity to come down from our mountain farmhouse to enjoy the delights of the Mediterranean. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Location cannot be bettered: front line beach with sea and pool views.
Fabulous entire house on two floors with exceptional layout, large private terraces and sublime views.
2 bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms.
Secure guarded and gated community with beautifully kept gardens.
Two pools.
Right on the beach.
Great local restaurants within walking distance.
Near to amenities (supermarkets, restaurants and bars, banks, shops etc...
Perfect in every way!!

What makes this property unique

Nobody above or below you. This is a semi-detached house...rare on the 'costas' where almost every urbanization consists of large blocks of flats.
