Luxury Apartment in Las Vegas

If you’re looking for a clean vacation home near the las vegas strip for cheap look no further.

This newly built Luxury apartment has 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 3. 1 Bedroom, and the kitchen/dining are all together with a full bathroom. There is parking where you can park your vehicle. (1 space per stay) Please don't hesitate to ask questions, my job is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house is equipped with 1 Queen & futon. There is WIFI, TV, with Roku. Everything you need; plates, silverware, towels etc. The desert style landscaped backyard has tables, chairs for lounging. It is a friendly private neighborhood that is 7 min from Harry Reid International Airport, 10 min from the famous strip, Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, Luxor, New York New York, MGM Grand, Excalibur, Cosmopolitan, Vdara . 12-15 min from Fashion Show mall and convention center. Fremont Street Experience, SLS Hotel and Casino.

You must provide own personal hygiene supplies such as shampoo, face towel, wash cloths, soap etc. We provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will have to provide your own after you finish what is provided.

**STATE ISSUED I.D. IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. IT NEEDS TO MATCH THE NAME ON THE RESERVATION.

**THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IF THERE IS SMOKING IT’S A $100 FEE.

This unit is perfect for a short trip to LV! My husband and I were there to sleep mostly but during the daytime, having the breeze come through the unit and having the natural light was a good break from the business of the strip. Communication with the owner was very quick and helpful. Would book again for the next trip!

Quiet getaway

If you are looking for a stay away from the activities Vegas is known for this is a great place. Quiet, clean and peaceful. No hotel or casino noises, lights or people/busyness to worry about and the ability to save money on eating out because of the convenience of the kitchen. However, if you plan on heading to the strip or Freemont via uber/lyft it can get expensive depending on frequency and timing of day, so you may want to plan accordingly! Host is attentive and communicative.
