Our Condo was perfect! Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, great view, wonderful neighborhood. Communications with Host was incredible. Always quick response and provided excellent instructions and also suggestions for places to eat/visit.
Host was super easy to work with. Property was exactly as described. Very pleasant stay. Peaceful and beautiful views. Easy access and covered parking. Highly recommend. Will happily stay again.
Excellent stay. We lived in Tacoma for many years so we’re familiar with the neighborhood. The water view was great. Ron was a very gracious and responsive host. Highly recommend
I just have to say this condo is a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting the area. Clean, quiet, plenty of room, & priced very reasonably. The owner was so flexible and accommodating when I had to extend my stay by a few days. I would definitely stay here again!
Clean, quite, roomy, in good neighborhood. Covered parking specific to your rental. Excellent communications with management. Easy arrival and departure. We will stay here again.
Our family (4 adults) stayed at Ron’s Elmwood condo while visiting family who live nearby. Location is perfect—quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Tacoma areas. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with its water view and sunsets. The kitchen was missing a few items but Ron was very responsive. We look forward to staying there again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was just as pictured and described. The condo was immaculate and was well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and the condo has a beautiful view of the water. Ron is a great host and made check in and out easy. I was sad to leave! I look forward to being able to stay here again. Thank you Ron!
We stayed over the 4th of July we were able to see the fireworks over the waterfront from our balcony the neighborhood was beautiful. The waterfront was only five blocks away Walmart was only 2 mi away the air conditioner was awesome. The balcony was safe for our 2-year-old granddaughter. We would definitely stay there again. The host Ron was awesome answered my call right away sent things I needed quickly.
What a gorgeous old neighborhood! And a wonderfully comfortable and well-appointed condo! This was the perfect home base for my teenage grandson and I to explore some of Tacoma’s enjoyable offerings, including Point Defiance Park, Zoo and Aquariums; the gorgeous waterfront; the Glass Museum; and a Simpsons exhibit at the terrific Tacoma Art Museum. Ron’s recommendations for restaurants and markets were spot on. I’ve never experienced a more thorough host with greater communication before, during and after our stay. looking forward to a longer stay next time!
I had the pleasure of staying in this delightful condo during my milestone birthday visit to be with family, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! This location was ideal, just a short drive or walk to fantastic local coffee shops, delicious breakfast spots, and great dinner options. The condo was easy to access with a lighted parking spot right by the private entrance, and no stairs to navigate. The secure access added peace of mind. Inside, the condo was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Though I only reheated leftovers, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking or entertaining.A highlight for me was the sliding door off the kitchen leading to a relaxing veranda. Every morning, I enjoyed coffee in the Adirondack chairs with a view of the bay, the perfect start to my day.The actual location was better than expected and a great value compared to other options. It was a true gem and the perfect base for exploring Tacoma. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again!
Our car was broken into and received damage that needed repair. It was a huge inconvenience to arrange and get the repairs. We were told by a neighbor this happens all the time around here.

My apologies to the guest. This was the second car break in a year. I offered to pay the guest's deductible. Guests are advised not to leave anything in their cars.
This is a very safe neighborhood, walkable 24 hours a day. House prices range from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. It is the best neighborhood in Tacoma, but like most places in America, petty crime does exist. I wish it didn't.
… can we return?! We found this property clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly as advertised. It was convenient to all we wanted to do during our time in Tacoma. Getting ourselves off that balcony was our hardest job of the day. Ron was an excellent, attentive host! Thank you!!
Clean, easy access, great communication, hours of sunset in June/July, view is a huge plus, beautiful neighborhood and feels very safe. We plan on staying again.
This condo apartment has a lot going for it. It's very comfortable and easily accessed from a covered, reserved parking space. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The neighborhood is lovely and the view is terrific. We will definitely return.
