Enjoy lots of natural light in our beautifully furnished, newly updated Tower 3 condo(2nd floor); featuring new flat screen TVs in the Master bedroom & living room and new Blue Ray player and free Wi FI. Wake up each morning to the ocean beachfront view from your bedrooms and living room sliders to the roomy balcony. Watch the day come alive on this tranquil side of the building as you have your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the expansive Marco Island beach and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom and 2 full private bath unit boasts a roomy MBR with a King size bed (new mattress), 2 closets (one walk-in), dressing room and private full bathroom. The tile floor kitchen is nicely equipped with an induction stove & oven, new refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. The tile floor dining room has a large table with 6 chairs for comfortable meals. There is tile in the bathrooms & hallway and new comfy carpeting throughout the bedrooms and living room. On property you can also enjoy playing a tennis match on one of our 10 clay tennis courts or pickle ball at our own South Seas Tennis Club which is just a brief stroll across from our condo building; located right next to our boat docks. While on Marco, you can spend hours relaxing and shelling on our beach, swimming and sunning in our pool or ocean, which is just steps from the building. Enjoy the best of both worlds since uniquely we have no condos or hotels cluttering up our beach to our North; just beautiful beach which is super gorgeous and private for long walks/runs …for enjoying just beach and the beauty and peace of the ocean wilderness…. yet in the other direction you can walk along the beach to various restaurants, hotels and beach sports. Walk or bike through our gates on sidewalks in all directions to explore numerous yummy restaurants and take out (within two blocks), shopping and golfing. In the evening, your view toward the Southwest will offer the sparkling lights of the Marco beach front skyline (rather than North views which are completely black after sunset). This condo and Marco's island charm will captivate you and provide you with a vacation you won't soon forget. All you need is your swimsuit!! Some weekly rentals are available.

Check in process was very quick. Keys were available at reality company. We got there after hours and they were left in mailbox, marked with our name, no problem whatsoever. Our host, Chris, was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had with our unit. He was very agreeable to assist with any concerns we had. Location of the facilities were close, even in walking distance to restaurants and other businesses. My concern was the distance to the beach to set up for a great day was far from the rental units, at least 1/4 of a mile down to the water and same distance back. A little hike with chairs, coolers, umbrella's. The pool area was very nice, clean and relaxing. We were comfortable in our condo and felt it meet our needs but do feel it needs an updating to make the guest more comfortable. Carpet and couch needed cleaned, they were definitely dirty. Needs some TLC and updating.

A Wonderful Condo

Our condo was beautiful, fully equipped, great location with beautiful views of the beach and sunsets, and had a brand-new king-size bed. It was perfect!

A wonderful place to stay

We found the unit to be even better than advertised. It was well furnished, very clean and neat. The owners checked with us to make sure that there were no problems. We had a wonderful time. In addition the location was beautiful (on the water with wonderful views).

It is so near Tiger Tail Beach. We could see sunrise from the porch and easily walk to the beach for sunset. Parking for day visitors was so helpful. Enjoyed farmer's market, Marco Island Historical Museum, and Naples Botanical Garden. Building air conditioner was a little loud. Grocery stores a short drive.

Trip down memory lane

Clean, comfortable, great internet connection... I used to spend the summers at my grandma's house. She had a small brick house by a river and we spent all summer on the river banks tanning, swimming and watching wild life. This apartment reminded me of my grandma's house. It's comfortable and has everything you need, but it's not the latest or fanciest stuff. So, if you look for comfort rather than luxury, this is the place for you. The attraction, of course is Tigertail Beach and that's where we spent most of our days. We are a family of four with one pre-teen and a teen. We stayed for a month. What we loved: - The balcony - each room opens towards the balcony and has a sliding door (3 doors in total); the doors provide pretty good sound proofing since there's always ongoing remodeling going on in the Seaside Towers - The view was good even though the apartment is on the 2nd floor only - The internet and the desk and chair in the the main bedroom. We had to do some work too. - The kitchen was fully equipped and we like to cook; the electric top, convection and regular ovens were fancier than what I have at home. So it got a little bit of getting used to. - There were basic spices and dish detergent in the apartment, as well as sanitizer and hand soap to get us started; there were also some cleaning products, which I appreciated since we were there for a month. - The apartment was roomy and comfortable - There were beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart in the apartment - Huge closet into primary bedroom, if you need it Overall, we had a great vacation because we love the location and spending time outside. This place is a no-frills comfortable spot for such a vacation.

AMAZING MARCO

I've been a Marco/Goodland guest for many years. Love, love, love escape from grey and cold weather! Sea View Court was a beautiful setting- on the beach, (Tiger tail) multiple amenities, close to great dining and stores. The unit is slightly dated, but has more than everything needed for a rental. We found a couple issues after check in, all resolved with a call to owners Be aware- on check in, management will charge $50 fee for parking pass. I plan to stay for another month next year! KIM C
