The house is gorgeous and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. As 6 adults, including couples, we had ample room to hang out, cook and lounge by the pool. The beach access was fantastic. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the equipment and utensils needed. The Reims and beds are comfy and nicely appointed. It’s a short walk to Ali’i drive and all the offers of Kona town. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!
It’s a great property with a lot of space for family and enjoying in an entertainment. Everything is well kept and in good conditions truly enjoyable location.
Fabulous location for a family vacation two children and 5 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. Private pool plus a quick walk to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants and only 15 minutes from airport. Definitely would rent this place again for our next family vacation. Plus there was great communication from rental property and concierge.
This property lived up to the description on line! Having never used VRBO before we weren’t sure what to expect, but this VRBO is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious home! We had a fantastic week!
Had a great time! Home met all our needs and was very comfortable and clean. We liked the walkability to beach, town and community center. Two camp chairs were provided. A few beach chairs would have been appreciated by our group.

We loved our time at the house. It is perfect for small families or groups of adults. Plenty of room for when you need your own space. Short walk to the sandy beach and community pool. The pool at the house was also great and the set up as a whole worked well for us two small families

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Easy 15 minute walk into town and about a 2 minute stroll to the beach. Management company was very responsive to our questions and the community felt very safe with 24 hour security patrol. All in all a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
We came to the Big Island for a wedding and chose this house to give our group of 8 plenty of room to spread out. It is a beautifully maintained house, well appointed, and has gorgeous views and landscaping.
We loved the security of being in a gated community that is so close to everything and just a short walk to the beautiful beach/tide pool where we were able to swim and snorkel.
My family migrated to the Big Island in 1902 and I have fond memories of visiting them there so this was a nostalgic trip for me. This property was a wonderful homebase for our excursions. You could honestly never get in your car and have a beautiful vacation with the private pool, access to a protected beach perfect for littles and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It does have a lot of stairs and slate floors which are beautiful but may be challenging for seniors and small children. We were there with extended family and there were plenty of places to congregate and also get away for quiet time. We would stay again. We had a wonderful time.
There was an extra bedroom and another extra office with comfy able couch and door. Beautiful beach 4 houses away. Well equipped kitchen, very responsive property managers

The photos do not do justice to the cleanliness, location, and beauty of this home. There is a gorgeous balcony off the primary bathroom with an ocean view where the breeze is glorious. The bedrooms and main floor are air conditioned which is a rare find in Hawaii. The house has everything you need, pool toys, beach toys, a fully stocked kitchen you could cook anything in. You will not regret booking this property!
This was the first time my kids and their spouses came along with me for Christmas after a divorce last year. It was such a great time for all of us and perfect set up for the baby too! They did tell me that there was not a pack and play, but there was one in the master closet. This house had a lot of stairs, which was rough for me after a hip replacement, but really strengthen my hip in the long run! The whole set up was great and we were very grateful for the management company as well! They were easy to contact via text and we’re very quick to respond to anything we had questions about or needed. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

Our party had 3 couples and a single adult and we required large common areas for cooking, meals and gatherings but still have a sense of privacy as 2 of our family members are writers. We walked daily into town for the market, restaurants and shopping, used the pool several times a day and found ourselves in and around the keiki tidal pond regularly too. The house and grounds were private, the security guards were friendly and approachable. Keiki beach 6 met all of our needs, was clean and well appointed with day to day household items. During the evening, with the outdoor pool table and swimming pool, we felt unable to fully enjoy that space after 9:00pm due to noise restrictions. There was also a minor issue with one of the bedroom air conditioners but Kona Coast had a repairman in the house at the first available opportunity!
Overall the stay was good. The house was clean, had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. Of course if you plan on cooking a lot the variety of spices that are in stock at the house is limited, but that’s not why we choose this location. We choose it because of its location for places to eat and it's proximity to the queens bath. the A/C i. the 3 bedrooms ups stairs all didn't cool, Friday, the day we arrived. luckily i was able to call management, and they sent a tech out to troubleshoot. he charged the A/C and everything was fine. On Monday, we noticed that the master bedroom A/C stopped cooling in the morning when we woke up. I called management again and they sent a tech out again. they called back and said they could install a window unit because the part they needed was off the island. i agreed and by the time we got back from being out that day, the window unit was installed and cooling the room. by Wednesday, the other two bedrooms had to have window units installed as well. all in all, its a beautiful home and would stay again despite the A/C issues.

The house is amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Kids loved the downstairs room with the huge tv during downtime. The pool is wonderful to have, though the large vacuum that has to stay in the pool at all times is a bit of a drag. Since it's already a smaller pool it takes up a lot of space when the kids are trying to play. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning. The AC in the bedrooms work very well. Without them it would be miserable to try and sleep in July. Short walk to a little beach that has a nice tide pool to swim in at low tide. Overall we had a wonderful week and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
