Welcome to our beautiful Journey's End home, the ultimate Marco Island vacation retreat. Journey's End is a stunning, four bedroom +, four bath 3484 sq ft villa that will comfortably sleep 2 - 12, located in the very desirable south end of world renowned Marco Island. Journey's End is our family's second home and given that we live in Miami, we are blessed to be able to spend a great deal of time there. Because we are there so often, we have elevated the home to the highest possible standards with respect to comfort, quality and range of amenities. Fully renovated and professionally decorated with the finest materials available, including Italian Carrara Marble in the sumptuous master bath, Brazilian Marble on the floors and Turkish Travertine in all of our expansive outdoor living areas. Our Journey's End home features a spacious, fully equipped island kitchen with luxurious stainless steel appliances including a 35 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with ice and water in the door, convection oven and a large over the range microwave. The counters are covered with an exotic Brazilian granite that adds a touch of natural beauty to this slice of paradise.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom is appointed with a king sized luxury bed, a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. We also have plentiful memory foam pillows for those that need extra pillows for their sleeping comfort. The floors are covered with an exotic Brazilian bamboo and you'll be happy to see that there are his and hers California style closets that can easily accomodate all of your clothing.This bedroom also boasts an opulent ensuite master bathroom, outfitted with a double sink vanity, a large jetted tub that is big enough for two and a frameless glass enclosed Italian marble shower. Our master bath is stocked with multiple, thick, ultra soft towels along with a hair dryer. Step through the French doors in the master bedroom onto the second floor 700 sq ft deck that overlooks one of Marco Island's lovely waterways. Picture yourself sitting outside of your bedroom at the end of a fun filled day toasting the moon and stars with a glass of wine and it will be so. This large, elevated deck has a full seating group on one end with a 6 seat table on the other end for having meals alfresco.

On the other side of our home's upstairs level, we have two additional bedrooms. The first, is appointed with twin beds, a large California style closet, Bamboo floors and a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV. Down the hall from the twins bedroom is our guest bathroom with wood look porcelin tile floors, a double sink vanity and a frameless glass enclosed bathtub. Just past the guest bathroom, is a third bedroom with a Queen sized bed, Bamboo floors along with another large California style closet and a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV. This bedroom also has French doors allowing access to our large outdoor deck overlooking our waterway with multiple seating areas.

Also upstairs, adjacent to the kitchen are our living and dining rooms. The living room features a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, two large leather reclining full size sofa's whose recliners open to a nearly flat position along with two comfortable oversized stuffed chairs providing seating for everyone. The dining room, features a large table that seats eight.

The fun does not end upstairs!. On the ground floor you will discover our second master suite with an ensuite bathroom, tastefully appointed with a double sink vanity and a large frameless glass enclosed shower with seating area. The bed is a plush, king sized bed with 600 thread count sheets and multiple memory foam pillows. This lavish bedroom also boasts a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, Italian marble floors, a large California style closet along with a seating area consisting of a sofa and love seat. The sofa pulls out to a full sized sleeper and the entire seating area is adjacent to the French doors that lead out to our beautiful pool area.

Outside of our downstairs master suite is our laundry area consisting of a Samsung High Efficiency front load washer and Samsung dryer.

Down the hall from our laundry area is our recreation room with a custom designed regulation sized pool table, a pub table with 4 stools, a professional grade dart board, a 48 inch Samsung Smart TV and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The pool table also has a convertable top that allows it to be transformed into a ping pong table. Next to our recreation room, is another full bathroom with a glass enclosed Italian marble shower and in the next room is our storage room. Here you will find Bicycles, the ping pong table top, beach umbrellas, chairs and a cart.

Also on the ground floor, are two of our three outdoor lanai's. The smallest of the three, is a 250 Sq.ft. screened in lanai on the pool side of our home with a very comfortable seating group and a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. Along the back of our villa, facing the water, is our 700 sq ft covered lanai. In this area you will find another seating group with 4 chairs. There is also a full service wet bar on the other end of the lanai with a sink and compact refrigerator.

Given that our villa is situated on a very desirable Key Lot, we have almost 150 ft of waterfront as compared to most Marco Island homes that are limited to only 80 ft. Because of this, rather than the pool being squeezed into a cramped space behind our home, we have the luxury of having the pool on one side of the home surrounded by an expansive Portuguese Travertine covered deck. The size of the deck allows room for 8 full size lounge chairs with custom made combination cocktail tables/umbrella stands. Also on the pool side of our home is a custom built BBQ station with an exotic granite top and pergola roof. The BBQ unit itself is a commercial grade Stainless Steel built-in with multiple burners and enough cooking surface to professionally grill an entire meal.

On the water we have a 50 ft dock and a separate floating dock for wave runners.

On the other side of our home, family's with children, will be delighted to find a full sized Cedar playground set, positioned on pure white beach sand with swings, slide and a fort. We also have a 2 person hammock, strung between two large coconut palms. This is the perfect place to watch your children enjoy our playground. I have spent many a lazy afternoon laying in that hammock reading a book, watching the birds fishing in our waterway, observing Dolphins and Manatee's cruising by or best of all, napping!

Next to the playground, is a rack which holds a kayak and stand up paddle board for use in our waterway. We of course also provide life vests for your use.
