Beautiful house

Very nice location. Big property, big pool and very quiet! Close to grocery stores, beach and restaurants! Very nice host! The one thing we did not like was, that one bedroom and one bathroom was in the basement. Other than that everything was perfect! We definitely would rent the house again! Thank you Jamie

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this finca in Mallorca and would highly recommend it.The property is beautifully located in a peaceful and quiet setting, while still being just a short drive from Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, and Alcúdia. The location was perfect for exploring the island while enjoying privacy and tranquility.The finca was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The large garden and spacious pool provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.We especially loved spending time outdoors—sharing meals together, grilling in the evenings, and watching the sunset with the beautiful mountain views in the background. We also used the pool every single day, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Pool floats, beach toys, sun umbrellas, loungers, and many other useful items were provided, so everything we needed for relaxing days by the pool or at the beach was already available.The finca itself is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. As we were traveling with young children, we especially appreciated that baby cots and high chairs had already been prepared before our arrival, making everything much easier from the start. The large garden and outdoor space also made it a wonderful place for children to play and explore.A heartfelt thank you to the owner for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. We had a truly unforgettable holiday and would love to return in the future.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön in der Natur, und der Blick auf die Tramuntana hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Das Grundstück ist groß, ruhig und sehr gepflegt – der Pool war für uns ein täglicher Fixpunkt, gerade für die Kids ein Highlight.Was uns direkt positiv aufgefallen ist: Vom Flughafen bis zur Unterkunft ging alles super schnell und unkompliziert. Man ist generell in alle Richtungen fix unterwegs, obwohl man mitten in der Natur wohnt. Diese Mischung aus Ruhe und guter Erreichbarkeit war für uns perfekt.Im Haus selbst haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht, von der Küchenausstattung bis zu kleinen Dingen, an die man selbst gar nicht denkt. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Türen waren teilweise sehr laut beim schließen, aber alles in allem toller Aufenthalt.Der Vermieter war super entspannt, vom einchecken bis auschecken wirklich super.Am zweiten Tag war der Vermieter kurz einmal abgesprochen vor Ort und hat sogar netterweise unseren Müll mitgenommen, den wir draußen platziert hatten. Wirklich super super nett.

Schöner Urlaub, tolle Finca mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben zu sechst für 7 Tage in dieser tollen Finca Urlaub gemacht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos über FeWo. Eine frühere Anreise bzw. spätere Abreise stellte kein Problem dar. Lediglich die Anreise per Shuttle Service stellte uns vor kleine Herausforderungen, da die Fincas in diesem Gebiet keine Hausnummern besitzen. Dies konnten wir schlussendlich mit Bildern aus Google Maps regeln. Durch den Vermieter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und er gab uns eine kleine Führung. Es gab Snacks und ein Willkommens-Drink. Die Außenanlagen, welche man hauptsächlich nutzt, ist gut gepflegt, jedoch gibt es auf Grund der Größe des Grundstücks Randgebiete die verwildert sind. Der Pool war sehr groß und sauber. Die Außenmöbel waren gepflegt und uns wurden zusätzliche Strandhandtücher hingelegt. Auch der Innenbereich war sauber aber an manchen Stellen, wenn man genauer hinschaut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Größtes Manko war das vierte Schlafzimmer und dritte Bad. Beide befanden sich im Keller/Garage. Dies war der Anzeige nicht zu entnehmen, weder durch Bild noch durch Text. Unserer Meinung nach, ist eine Übernachtung in diesem Zimmer nur bedingt zumutbar, aber nicht für eine ganze Woche. Der Keller war feucht und ungemütlich. Jedoch groß genug um dort ein kleines Auto abzustellen. In allen Zimmern befinden sich Doppelbetten. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Küche hatte alle Utensilien die wir gebraucht haben.

Wonderful house and host

The house was perfect. You had your peace but at the same time you were quickly at the beach and everything you needed. Everything was clean and if there were any small problems Jaime was always there to help. In general he was super nice, and there were no complications. He was mega responsible and simply the best. Special thanks also from Leon to Jaime for organizing the return of his sweater.

Rundum gelungen Finca Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und die Lage perfekt. Man hat genug Ruhe ist aber gleichzeitig schnell am Strand, Supermarkt usw. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war spitze. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat Problemchen schnell gelöst. Wir werden sicherlich einen zweiten Urlaub dort verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen! 5 Sterne ***** :)

Dejlig terrasse, have og udsigt. Rigtig rart med god afstand til naboer. Vejen ind trænger til reparation, men ikke unormalt efter spanske forhold.

Mega Unterkunft

Wir waren für 9 Tage in der Villa und hatten einen super Urlaub und alles total genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum… Jaume und seine Mama sind sehr zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!
