Perched high on a hill, it allows you to enjoy fabulous panoramic views while making the most of the warm sun rays and the quiet surroundings.

Inside, the house features a charming rustic style, with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and wooden furniture. The living room welcomes a sofa, a TV, and a large fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The house also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower tray completes the layout.

The bedrooms and the living room are provided with wall-mounted electric radiators. The living room also has warm/cool air-con, while the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The house is accessed through a magnificent glazed veranda, which is equipped with a dining table and chill-out area. This space allows you to enjoy the vistas on the chilliest days, too, while enjoying tasty delicacies or a good book.

The gorgeous outdoor terrace features a gazebo where you can eat "al fresco", sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the views, and a lovely private pool to cool off anytime you want.

Access to the house, which is located in the mountains, is through an 800-metre dirt track.

Erholung pur!

Wer einen entspannten Urlaub fernab der Hotelkomplexe sucht, ist in diesem Ferienhaus genau richtig. Das saubere Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Kaminwohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Dusche/WC und einer geräumigen verglasten Veranda bietet zudem eine fantastische Außenanlage mit Pool, Pavillon, Barbecue und kleinem Obstgarten. Ganz allein auf einer Bergkuppe gelegen, kann man ganz oben unter einer großen Pinie zudem lesend verweilen mit Blick auf das Objekt und über die andalusischen Berge. Die Eigentümer sind herzensgute Menschen und bei Fragen und Problemen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle und geben auch prima Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Mittelmeer (Málaga, Torremolinos) ist in 45 Minuten erreicht. Sevilla, Córdoba und Granada sind etwa 2 Autostunden entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und natürlich war auch auf das Wetter Verlass!
