Seaside Sanctuary with Whirlpool-By Traum

At Als you will find this cottage with sauna a short distance to the beach. There is a well equipped kitchen and living room and three bedrooms. The cottage has i.a. internet, washer and dryer as well as heat pump that can also act as air conditioning. From the living room there is direct access to the open terrace. The 800 m2 plot is almost completely closed and on the lawn you can play volleyball and the little ones can have fun with a swing and sandpit. Not for rent to youth groups.

The location is perfect. Miniature golf, bakery, kiosk and beach are within walking distance. However, the condition of the property is very poor. There are open drill holes in the bathroom where cupboards used to be. It is not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom because the shower door has been removed. The sockets are loose in the walls and are absolutely not suitable for children as they pose a danger.When we arrived, we spent 5 hours cleaning. It was filthy. There were cobwebs everywhere on the inside of the windows. There was centimetres of dust and hair on the edges of the beds and cupboards. The carpet is full of stains. We had to treat the sink with drain cleaner because the water wouldn't drain. The garden is unkempt – full of weeds... Thistles are growing in the sandpit, or what's left of it. The shed is full of dirt, there's no other way to put it. The barbecue was caked in grease. The parasol for the garden has a hole in it... Everything needs a thorough overhaul. The pictures shown do not reflect reality.The only positive thing to mention is the good kitchen equipment.
