Peaceful two bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests in a beautiful residence with swimming pool, just 650 meters from the beach. It can be located on the ground floor with a garden or on the 1st/2nd floor with a terrace. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (or bunk bed), a living room with a kitchen, a double sofa bed and a Tv, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

Air conditioning is available with dual cooling/heating function.

Private parking space.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the residence's swimming pool, designed for both adults and children. The pool is accessible from 10:00 to 13:00 and then again from 15:00 to 19:00. Please note that the pool operates seasonally, opening its doors from 01/06 to 08/09.

A bicycle rental is located just 150m away, a supermarket is situated at a distance of 250m, and a bar and restaurant are 100 meters away.

Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as Tennis, Beach Tennis and Beach Volleyball as well as many water sports such as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water skiing and fishing. Enjoy all the services provided by the city as trained staff ready to assist tourists. Bike rentals available throughout the city.

Nice place for stay with family

It's really nice place for holiday with family. There is enough place for 4-5 persons. Everything works as expected. Swimming pool just few meters away with separated part for small kids. We had a great time there.

Rosolino Mare

Objekt ist zentral gelegen. Zum freien (kostenlosen)Strand ca.15 min zu laufen. Zum Zentrum 5 min mit Bars, Kinderbespaßung und Bummelmöglichkeit. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der Pool. An sich schöne Anlage. Aber Badekappenpflicht,kostenpflichtige Liegen und Sonnenschirme, und ab18.30 Uhr geschlossen. Das geht gar nicht !! Wenn Abends die Kids aus dem Pool sind, könnte man noch etwas relaxen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Schade. An sonsten, tolle gepflegte Anlage. Auf jedenfall zu Empfehlen.
