We absolutely loved staying at this villa especially the stunning views, Antonio was an incredible host on arrival he was very efficient and explained everything we needed. He even offered to take us to the shop so we could get some food in as we did not hire a car, which we soon realised we needed. The villa is very luxurious and everything was in immaculate condition, we felt very lucky to be staying in this villa. It was great for all 14 of us including babies and children. Thank you Antonio and cleaners!

The property was excellent, perfect remote location but close enough for supermarket supplies. Great views. Also fixtures and fittings of a very high standard,The pool / garden room was a great space to enjoy food and company.We all had a great time

You would not expect a holiday house which is located on the countryside to be that modern and cozy. The owners are very lovely people. The ubication of the house allows you to visit the nearby citys. We would definitely book again if we ever make vacations again in Spain.

Late September Family Stay 2023

First I'd like to thank the outstanding host, who is based in Malaga but always accessible and at your service for local information and any issues with the villa (we encountered none). He will go out of his way to help and make you feel comfortable. Moving onto the villa which is located 45mins away from Malaga Airport. I would advise hiring a car to explore the wider area. The villa is sited in the most spectacular setting we have ever stayed in. Directly facing and waking upto gorgeous limestone mountains every morning. The villa is outstanding with excellent modern facilities and air conditioning throughout. There is also a separate kitchen and dining area located next to the pool which is ideal. It keeps sleeping and living separate from cooking and living the real al fresco life. Ideally there is a barbeque placed beside the pool and eating area. The whole facilities are thoroughly well thought out. The images dont really sell the villa well enough as you cant capture the environment you will be placed in. You area surrounded by mature olive and fruit trees. This region is outstandingly beautiful. It is not overridden by tourists. It is well connected by motorways and has some spectacular drives nearby. It is central to Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Seville. The local village, Riogordo is 5 minutes away and has 2-3 mini markets for all your groceries. Local people were also friendly. There is also a good bakery, Claudios, for daily fresh bread and cakes. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné dans la maison de Pilar durant cette semaine. La maison est superbe, très bien équipée, adaptée aux groupes et pour les enfants avec une petite aire de jeu spéciale enfants. La piscine est top également et avec une magnifique vue! Bref, nous étions un groupe de 12 amis avec des enfants et c'est la meilleure villa que nous avons pu réserver jusque là!

Una casa preciosa, limpia y de fácil acceso. Todo estaba al alcance, no faltaba nada. "¡Ah, sí, un batidor en la cocina exterior para hacer mis panqueques 😂!". Bromas aparte, esta casa fue un auténtico placer de la A a la Z. Dormitorio espacioso, salón-comedor agradable, cocinas superfuncionales. Propietarios encantadores, amables, atentos, sonrientes, cálidos y, sobre todo, muy accesibles. La piscina está en la azotea, es fantástica, los niños, grandes y pequeños, se lo pasaron genial. La pequeña está llena de juegos maravillosos para los más pequeños. La mesa de ping-pong 🏓❤️ y el futbolín ❤️. Volveré sin dudarlo. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt für eine große Gruppe. Die Außenküche war mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet und blitzblank sauber. Besonders praktisch für eine große Gruppe war die ausreichende Ausstattung mit Tellern und Gläsern. Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Am Pool gab es ausreichend Sonnenliegen, und der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war telefonisch gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Er half sogar bei der Organisation eines Taxis nach Malaga. Das letzte Stück der Straße zum Cottage ist etwas steil (für uns Niederländer), aber machbar. Im Dorf gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, aber fünf Autominuten entfernt gibt es ein tolles Restaurant, das auch Essen zum Mitnehmen anbietet.

Magnifique villa!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa. La villa était parfaite pour notre famille de 8 et elle pouvait clairement accueillir davantage de personnes. Le terrain est vraiment grand avec plusieurs activités à notre disposition. Les enfants, entre 7 et 12 ans ont eu beaucoup de plaisir et en ont même oublié leur tablette 🙂. La vue est juste incroyable, mais l’accès à la villa est un peu aride et le village connexe n’a pas beaucoup d’options côté nourriture.L’épicerie nous a coûté vraiment cher comparativement à d’autres endroits et les fruits et légumes n’étaient pas frais donc peu d’options. Je recommanderais de faire votre épicerie dans une autre ville sur votre chemin. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et les hôtes étaient vraiment très gentils et aidant au besoin. Bonnes vacances!

Was für eine schöne Unterkunft! Wir waren 8 Kinder und 8 Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Von morgens bis abends genossen wir die schöne Aussicht vom Haus aus. Das Poolhaus war großartig, gute Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Das Einzige, was uns fehlte, waren Weingläser, aber die Eigentümer stellten sie uns zur Verfügung, nachdem wir gefragt hatten, ob sie verfügbar seien. Toller Service und nettere Besitzer. Riogordo ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn Sie das niedliche kleine Dorf besuchen möchten. Die Fahrt nach Malaga dauerte nur etwa 40 Minuten. Und bis zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 30 Minuten, aber uns hat es im Haus so gut gefallen, dass wir es kaum verlassen haben. Wir können die Anmietung dieses schönen Hauses wärmstens empfehlen und würden gerne eines Tages wiederkommen.

Wir haben diese wunderschöne Lage mit unserer 10-köpfigen Familie genossen. Das fing schon beim netten Empfang durch Guillermo an. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und als Ausgangspunkt für Malaga, Granada und Cordoba sind Sie hier genau richtig. Das Haus selbst ist komplett ausgestattet. Gutes WLAN, TV, Tischtennis und Tischfußball, schönes Schwimmbad (unbeheizt, also im Februar für Killer 🥶). Sie können auch gerne in der geräumigen Küche kochen und in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer sitzen. Schön, dass es von allem genug gibt (Teller, Pfannen, Handtücher, etc ...). Die ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden mit diesem schönen Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wij hadden met het gezin, 10 volwassenen, 3 kleinkinderen een heerlijke week op deze plek. Fantastisch huis, prima voorzieningen, fijn zwembad, veel privacy voor alle gasten. Guillermo is zeer behulpzaam, attent. Hij reageert snel als je een vraag hebt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen gemietet. Wir waren auch 12 Personen, daher hat uns der Raum angezogen, um die Privatsphäre aller zu gewährleisten. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Sie brauchen ein Auto, um andere Städte zu besuchen. Der Besitzer war super süß. Er kommt, um den Pool mit den heißen Tagen zu füllen und hat uns auch leckere Tomaten aus seinem eigenen Gemüsegarten geschenkt. Er empfahl auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Restaurants.

Wonderful family holiday home

A beautifully designed, well-appointed holiday villa with a lovely, responsive host in Guille - both of which we would recommend without hesitation. The villa actually has two buildings. In the main house is a decent sized kitchen and dining/living room, six bedrooms (one ensuite) and three other bathrooms aligned along a corridor. Everything is on ground level, very clean and comfortable. The real attraction for us, as a group of 12 adults staying in May, was the outside area. There's a separate building - virtually the size of another house - with a huge summer kitchen and spacious eating areas inside and out. There's a store-cupboard and a fifth bathroom one side, on the other is a built in barbecue and another food preparation area. This building faces south with amazing180 degree views over the surrounding hills. A thoughtful piece of design is that, even if you're sitting at the outside table with your back to the hills, you can still see them reflected in the large plate glass windows of the kitchen! For us, this shaded outside table became a constantly changing meeting place with sometimes just one or two people chatting there but, in the evenings, everyone sitting together. Perfect. Both kitchens have large fridge freezers and the summer kitchen also has a huge cool cabinet for drinks as well as a built-in ice bucket in the kitchen island. There are plenty of pots and pans - large ones that will cater for 12+ people, plus sufficient crockery and cutlery that you can have a full load in the dishwasher and still have enough to serve a meal. Guille has thoughtfully created a proper play area for little ones (swing, see-saw etc) and a table-tennis table. There are large TVs in the living room and the summer kitchen. Meanwhile, the medium-sized pool is surrounded by astroturf, sunbeds and parasols. Everything feels really spacious with lots of attention to detail to make guests feel welcome and 'at home'. The little town of Riogordo, with bars, small supermarkets, bread shops and butchers, is only a few minutes drive away but you can also walk there, via virtually unused back roads, in around 15 minutes (it's a steep walk so it takes longer coming back!!). There are other walks along the river and in the surrounding hills. Guille himself was very accommodating. He was also quick to respond over an issue with the hot water, driving all the way from Malaga as soon as we called. We would love to return one day.

Wir haben dieses große Haus für eine Familienfeier gebucht und waren vollstens zufrieden. Das Haus ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet so dass die Aufteilung der Schlafplätze kein Problem war. Im nahegelegenden Dorf haben wir alles gefunden was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten was sehr praktisch war. Wir können das Haus für Gruppen absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben dieses große Haus für eine Familienfeier gebucht und waren vollstens zufrieden. Das Haus ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet so dass die Aufteilung der Schlafplätze kein Problem war. Im nahegelegenden Dorf haben wir alles gefunden was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten was sehr praktisch war. Wir können das Haus für Gruppen absolut empfehlen.
