Welcome to Islands Dawn! This beautiful two bedroom, two bath, first floor unit is just steps away from one of two gorgeous warmed pools. And the beach is steps across the street! Pool view from your private patio. Property is located directly across from the Gulf Of Mexico. Feel like going to the beach? Well, you can just simply walk across the street and you're feet are in the beautiful newly extended beach!This property is at a great location too! Just minutes from Galveston's Historic Pleasure Pier, shopping at The Strand Downtown, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Fishing Piers, Moody Gardens and fabulous restaurants! This condo is newly renovated and decorated with the simple and comfortable pleasures of vacation life. With the aminities of home. Parking is $50 per vehicle that guests pay directly to The Dawn upon arrival. This fee also includes pool bands. Pool bands MUST be worn while at the pool. Sorry no pets allowed. Book early! Our pricing is very competitive! Snow birds welcome. Ask about our discounts for longer stays too. 😀

Condo was clean and we liked that you could go out the porch gate and walk straight to the pool. The people at the Dunes were very helpful and friendly. We were walking distance to the beach and close to many places to eat. The problems were in the condo. It was cute but the freezer did not work, the toilet in the master bedroom ran the entire time, and no curtains in the second bedroom. With the lights from the next door building at night it was like daylight in the bedroom. Room darkening curtains would make a world of difference. Otherwise, we made due and enjoyed our stay. The history of Galveston Island and museums in the area were wonderful.

The condo was so cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Galveston. The pool is literally in the backyard! The weather was gorgeous, but the pool water was a bit chilly this time of year so we didn’t use it as much as we would have otherwise. The condo was spacious yet cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location.

Wonderful condo, we had everything we needed, even coffee! Very clean! But what set this place apart from others was the service- when we had a plumbing issue, the owner came by right away and fixed it! He could not have been more responsive, that’s really rare. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Thanks for the 5 stars. To be clear the pools have “pool warmers” and each has a hot tub attached. We do an annual deep cleaning in spring which unfortunately this year the unit was occupied. The pool and jot tub were nice and easy to get to from the condo. The beach was just across the street, although we did.miss not having a gulf view. The property manager responded promptly. The confo meeds to be cleaned much better, including the patio where i had to wipe down chairs and place towels over the cushions and needed to be swept. There's a broken table on the patio that's useless.

Had an amazing stay on our weekend get away. Place was stocked with essentials that we needed, location was great -walmart just around the corner, easy walk across to the beach. We Enjoyed every minute, definitely a must stay, would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful Facility

We only stayed two nights, but it was clean, nice and comfy. We had a wonderful time just walking the beach from our condo and having drinks on the pier. We got in late and did not anticipate having a car, but we ended up renting one and they were fantastic about getting it added on.
