It is a spacious, roomy, house with beautiful deck views from the second floor, back yard for grilling, and a sun room in front. It is the perfect location to enjoy Plum Island and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation!

Plum Island Cottage

Nice cottage just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and wildlife refuge on Plum Island. Well supplied kitchen with everything you need for a weekly stay. Nice place and friendly property manager who checked on us at arrival and was willing to respond to any concerns we had if needed.

Quick weekend trip

It was a great place to stay with multiple guests. The house was very clean and had lots of space. I would love to come back in the summer and really get to enjoy how close the beach is.

This house checked all the boxes for us: A/C, 1.5 baths, upstairs deck, outdoor shower, grill, proximity to beach. The house is clean - some fixtures (e.g. couch) are getting old, but overall a great value and great place to stay!

Memorial Day on the beach

The house was clean, comfy and convenient, also well equipped with cooking supplies and beach chairs, etc. and a quick walk to the beach. The gorgeous weather didn't hurt, and the beach wasn't crowded a bit, even on the long weekend.

Our family had a great time renting this Plum Island house. Close to the beach, river, Mad Martha’s breakfast nook and a short walk from the center. I would highly recommend it for your next vacation

Great Location

Beautiful home with a great view of the ocean from the deck. Wonderful location with plenty of parking. We stayed a month here in the winter and they had everything you would need for a long term or short term rental. Easy to work with the owners and plenty of privacy.

Location is perfect for beach walking.Jim the host was very responsive to any questions or needs.Only suggestion is a bed in the downstairs room. Comfortable place for a lovely vacation

As a family, we've been coming to Plum Island for decades, and we've stayed at fancier houses, but the layout and space is perfect with kids, and I love a screened porch, and the upstairs deck is my favorite place to be with a book. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean, and the dining table fit us all for games in the evening. We look forward to returning!
