Villa Grandissimo is primarily designed for large families, large groups of friends, or companies looking to spend time together in a cosy setting with plenty of space, where everyone can be together under one roof.<br><br>The house is designed with this in mind and will provide the perfect setting for an annual family trip, a corporate team-building event, or perhaps a confirmation party with overnight guests.<br><br>The house covers 460 m² and is quite unique in that it is all on one level. The house is well-insulated and features underfloor heating in all living areas and radiators in the bedrooms (so you can decide for yourself how warm you want it to be).<br><br>The house is located in the town of Harboøre, just 1,800 metres from the nearest beautiful beach on the North Sea, and a few hundred metres from shopping. The house has direct access to a municipal football field and playground, complete with large football goals, where you can host the annual family football tournament. On the other side of the football field is the attractive Harboøre Centre, which features Café Blæst and a fitness centre—to which Villa Grandissimo’s guests have free access. Right next to the Harboøre Centre are two excellent supermarkets, both of which have a bakery section. <br><br>In front of the house, there is ample parking on the property, which also features a petanque court.<br><br>As you step up the single step to enter the house, you’ll find a bright entryway with artwork on the walls and coat racks for outerwear, etc. From here, you also have access to the first and largest of the four bathrooms, which includes a washing machine and dryer. Through the French doors, you enter the house’s enormous living/dining area and kitchen, spanning over 100 m².<br><br>Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, with appliances and tableware for 30 people, including 2 fridge-freezers, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and more.
