Great place

Wonderful stay in a wonderful building,Very comfortable and clean. Lovely spacious apartment with very good amenities. Great hi speed Wi-Fi too. Host very helpful and generous.

appartement avec 3 chambres dont 2 étaient fermées à clef. pourtant après vérification le prix payé est le même pour 3 chambres ou 1 chambre. L'appartement était froid dû à des courants d'air non métrisables. On a dû s'enfermer dans le salon. Appartement très sombre de jour comme de nuit, il manque des lampes. Cuisine vétuste et ustensiles dépareillés. Un peu loin de tout. Propiétaire sympatique.

Back to basics

Let's be clear, if you are looking for a traditional sunshine,pool,beach holiday this is not for you. On the other hand, if you want peace, no light pollution plenty of space away from the modern world in a rustic setting then this is it. You will need a car but there are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes drive and good restaurants nearby. The perfect place to de-tox and de-stress.

vacances reposante et apaisante,trés amusante pour les enfants,l hote est acceuillant , compréhensif

propre et bien entretenue ,l 'hote est très serviable,instructif,acceuillant et d une très grande confiance et fait tout pour que les vacanciers se sentent à l aise et comme chez eux notre départ auprès de la ferme était triste tellement que nou nous plaisant ainsi que pour les enfants qui ont passés des vacances mémorables.

Ático ke me transporta a las casa donde fui tan feliz en Austria .Vistas al mar y la montaña.Descalzado,con la sensación de madera noble traída desde el norte de Europa.Comodidad y discreción,con la maravillosa ausencia de extraños y curiosos .Un remanso de paz.Experiencia repetible siempre.Gracias señor Pollman y esposa.

Nuestro viaje a Tenerife fue estupendo, por la isla, que es una maravilla y sobretodo por la estancia de una semana en la Finca Yphys. Estuvimos como en casa, tanto por el trato con el propietario (César) como por la casa en si, por ello, volveremos seguro y la recomendamos a todo el mundo que le guste la tranquilidad, la sencillez y una buena ubicación para recorrerse la isla ya que la casa esta en una zona céntrica y cerca de la autovía. Nos alojamos en la buhardilla, toda de madera, con una gran terraza, un salón grande y acogedor y un dormitorio donde te despertabas con el sol que entraba por la ventana. Lo único "negativo" que podemos decir, es que había hormiguitas en la cocina, que solo acudían, si te dejabas algún resto de comida, pero en parte es normal, porque la casa se encuentra en medio del campo. Para terminar, darle las gracias a César por ser tan servicial, atento y por todo lo que hizo por nosotros para que nuestra visita a la isla fuera lo más inolvidable posible.
