Ungenügende Sauberkeit

Das Zimmer wurde davor nicht gründlich gereinigt und das hat man auch sehr schnell gemerkt. Man konnte auf den Tischen Staub finden und die Fliesen waren dreckig im Bad. Klimaanlage hat nicht genügend gekühlt und beim anschalten ist Staub raus gekommen. Der Pool war sehr rutschig, weil der Boden mit Schleim bedeckt war. Die Treppe vom Pool hat gewackelt beim rausgehen und hatte Rost. Wir haben an der Rezeption sofort bescheid gegeben, dass die Klimaanlage repariert werden soll am Sontag und uns wurde ein Termin versprochen, um 19:00 Uhr am Sonntag und daran wurde sich nicht gehalten und keiner ist mehr gekommen.
