Bien situé

La propriété est bien situé et près de la cité. Quelques bémols. Le spa est situé dans l’appartement en face du salon sans porte pour fermer la pièce donc l’appartement est très humide. La grande porte patio ne se barrait pas. Pièce de réparation en commande. Bien que le proprio demeure à l’arrière ce n’est pas sécuritaire. Aucun verre à vin sauf verre à champagne. Frais cachés. Sur la description de VRBO le stationnement est inscrit dans les commodités mais les frais ne sont pas mentionné. Ce qui ne laisse pas vraiment le Choix au locataire. Les lieux sont bien mais ils auraient besoin d’être rafraîchi.
