We love to come to Norton House once a year or sometimes more. We love your hotel

The staff are helpful rooms clean and it’s in a very convenient place I would just add that we were somewhat surprised that no one came to us to apologise for the fire alarm going off accidentally waking us up with a shoc at 3.15 am. We could not get back to sleep for over 2 hours.
