Was disappointed when we first arrived as we had booked a lodge with a hot tub for two nights and we were told we hadn’t got one in the lodge we’d been booked into. We had to move to another lodge the next morning to one with a hot tub. Beverly the house keeper was very helpful and very apologetic. I only wish that we’d been informed about this before we arrived. Beverly sorted the problem by ringing James and we had a free hot tub and a late book out. Beverly works very hard to ensure that all customers are happy. Apart from the disappointing start 5 friends and I had a fabulous two night stay at Shallow Lane Lodges
