Stage Road Estate is exactly as described. Property was gorgeous and studio apt was clean. Easy drive into Columbia Falls. Only complaint was the owner mowed the lawn one morning while we were there--disrupted the morning peace a little bit. Otherwise would stay here again! FYI there is an adjacent home that houses guests as well. This was not an issue for us.

We loved the property which was spotless, well located and situated on a beautiful farm.

Josh was welcoming and gave us great tips on the area. So much to do near by. 15 min from Glacier, 15 from Whitefish, 15 min from the airport. Montana is a wonderful place for an active, beautiful vacation. We hiked, golfed and explored. It was a great week!!

Peaceful place to stay on a beautiful farm. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Owner was flexible with us and allowed us some extra time which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Breathtaking Views in a Peaceful Setting

This studio apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Columbia falls. Top of the line kitchen appliances, a comfortable bed, washer and dryer, and, most importantly, absolutely gorgeous views all around. You will not regret your stay here. We were also able to rent the full house next door at the same time as the studio, so our entire family was able to stay here. We can't wait to come back.

What an amazing place to stay! This place was located in the perfect area! We were in close proximity to so many things to do and yet had the privacy of country living. We had deer right in the yard morning and night. The only thing I would change is the size of the shower. That would never keep me from staying here again. We loved our stay and wish we would have stayed longer.

Beautiful Apartment near Glacier National Park

We booked the apartment for a few days of hiking in Glacier National Park. The location was very nice - it was a short drive to the park and very close to Columbia Falls. The farm was very quiet and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the deck. The apartment was very clean and perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The washer and drier were nice to have as we did get dusty while hiking. We had a great stay - we would be happy to come back!

Relaxing respite from road trip

We were very happy with most things about this property. Restaurants were good and easy to get to. We saw lots of deer and a few pheasants from the deck. My only complaint was that the air conditioning wasn't working and we were there during a pretty warm week. Luckily, it cooled down at night and we were able to chill the place down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great farm location and perfect accomodations

My husband and I needed a getaway and boy was this perfection! The location was wonderful, and we saw deer every night and were even greeted with turkeys one night. The sunsets are magnificent on the patio too. The inside was well equipped. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer was a bonus to not needing checked luggage as we only packed for half the trip and did a wash when we arrived. The appliances are top notch and allowed us to cook some wonderful meals. The only suggestion we had was a curtain for the kitchen window and a luggage rack or small set of drawers for storing suitcases. We managed, but those would have been nice. We look forward to returning in the future. Joshua was a great host from a distance!

Montana get away

The apartment is as described and is very clean. The ranch is a few miles outside of Columbia Falls. Joshua, the owner, was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for restaurants in Columbia Falls, although one could do some serious cooking. The kitchen area has just about everything one needs to prepare a meal. The issues others mentioned with the air-conditioning seem to be worked out. There is a new a/c unit in the kitchen area that helped keep it cool. If you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. There is a long set of stairs to access the apartment. We visited the area to see Glacier and the Flathead Valley. It is not a long drive to the west entrance but seeing all of Glacier (huge park) does involve some driving (doable but just be prepared). Having a washer and dryer was great as we were covered in sunscreen and bug spray everyday:) All in all a great place to stay.

Montana was spectacular

Staying in Columbia Falls gave us very easy access to Glacier, the airport and to other small towns to explore like Whitefish. This property is cozy and although there is only 700 sq ft the vaulted ceilings make it feel like a much bigger space. The bed is great, there are JennAir appliances and many items are provided for convenience such as coffee and filters, dish soap and bear spray (obviously left behind by a previous renter). If you can use a Breville Barista Express Expresso machine you will be tickled! It is the attached garage apartment to the main house yet you still feel separated. The whole property is beautiful and well maintained. We watched deer, pheasant, wild turkey and may varieties of birds from the deck and kitchen window. The sunsets at this property are amazing. The heat wave going through in July created air-conditioning issues but Joshua promptly addressed the situation. The cool nights were wonderful for leaving windows open. Only slight negative issues were slow remote control for the television, small shower and the stairs are steep and could make it difficult for some to carry up luggage. Overall an excellent experience! Thanks Joshua for everything.
