The living area is ideal for relaxing with the whole family, with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and dining table. The layout of the house is completed by a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, the house features a charming private swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as two porches with an outdoor dining area and covered barbecue.

The house is located in a private enclosure within an estate where the owners' son lives. The owners will arrange a time with you to go and water the plants and maintain the garden.

Access to the house is via a 30-metre dirt track.
