A typical Portuguese country house in Várzea de Sintra, next to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, rented as a whole to a single group of up to 14 people. For your stay, the house is yours: garden, private pool and no other guests. A few minutes by car from Sintra and its palaces, and also from Cascais, Lisbon and the Atlantic coast beaches. Ideal for a family or a group of friends travelling together.

The house

The property is made up of a main house and an annex, with six bedrooms for up to fourteen people, around a garden with a pool.

In the main house:
— Regaleira: the largest room, with garden views, a double bed, a reading nook, a desk and a private bathroom with a bathtub. For 2.
— Pena and Mouros: two rooms with a private door off the hall, sharing a large bathroom reserved just for them. Double bed or two singles, your choice. Up to 4. Ideal for families or friends.
— Capuchos: a cosy room with solid wood bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower. For 2.

In the annex:
— Ribafria: a bright room with a private bathroom and its own terrace. Double bed or two singles. For 2.
— Monserrate: an apartment with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a terrace. For up to 4.

Shared spaces

In the main house, a large living room with a fireplace and views of the garden and pool, a separate small sitting room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both opening directly onto the garden. There is also a guest toilet, handy for groups. Outside, a barbecue area and two bathrooms in the garden. Central heating in the main house and electric heating in the annex, a fan and mosquito screens in every room. We include bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo, a hairdryer and toilet paper.

A quiet house

It is above all a quiet house. There are no televisions in the rooms and no traffic outside: in the evening you hear the garden and little else. The nights in Sintra are cool and the rooms have fans, so we don't miss air conditioning.
